Internal-Only Meeting Spaces
Provide administrators with the ability to designate specific meeting spaces as Internal-Only.
When a room is configured as Internal-Only, the system should identify bookings that include external attendees and allow organizations to enforce a configurable policy, such as:
- Block the booking
- Display a warning message
- Require an approval workflow
This would enable organizations to reserve specific spaces, such as Think Tanks, Collaboration Rooms, Strategy Rooms, or Innovation Spaces, exclusively for internal meetings.
Pain Point:
Organizations cannot currently distinguish between rooms intended exclusively for internal collaboration and rooms suitable for meetings with external visitors.
This limits governance options and may impact future intelligent room allocation and optimization capabilities.
