Our firm uses Eptura Engage Workspace Reservations across multiple global offices, allowing personnel to reserve personal and meeting spaces at their home office or while traveling.

As some offices reach capacity on certain days, we explored using the Workweeks feature to limit personal-space reservations to designated onsite days. However, Workweek assignments apply to the user globally, regardless of office location. As a result, an employee restricted from booking a personal space on certain days at their home office is also restricted when visiting another office. Workweeks also apply only to personal spaces, not meeting spaces.

We are requesting an enhancement that allows Engage administrators to assign location-specific Workweek patterns to individual users. This would be applied to personal spaces / meeting spaces which would allow organizations to manage occupancy by office while maintaining flexibility for employees who travel between locations.
