As an administrator, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to book a desk on behalf of someone visiting from another office within the firm, with these bookings displayed in a different colour. This would provide an at-a-glance view of where visitors from other offices are seated, without the need to search for individual names.
Currently, we advise offices to use the "External" booking type as a workaround, but this is not an ideal solution. With the increasing number of inter-office visitors, greater visibility would improve the user experience and make it much easier to identify visiting colleagues.
This enhancement would also simplify reporting, particularly when requests are made to track the number of visitors from other offices, as these bookings could be identified and reported on more accurately.
