Resource report with user assignment
We are currently using both Eptura Workplace and now recently deployed Engage. Because are environments are in heritage, spaces and assignements don't sync between applications and we need a way to report on desk assignments for flexi/fixed desks so we can cross-check and make sure Workplace and Engage match.
The basic resource report does not have a field where we can add the user information of who is assigned to the desk, and there is no way to report this on the UI.
The basic resource report should also include:
- Workspace type
- Desk type detail: Bookable, Flexi, Fixed
- User assignment: UserID, email address, name and last name
- From date: Start date of the assignment of the desk
- Until date: End date of the fixed desk
- Until further notice: If its yes or no.
