  1. This will help with troubleshooting as sometimes problem-solving can take a day or two

    When you are set up as a Global Admin and trying to work on a users Account it would be good to not need the keep the user hanging around to try different things.

    The ability to impersonate a User account and work on the issue in the background to try different steps to resolve the issue.

  2. We want to be able to use "Bulk edit" for changing the different options in the "Resources" page. We are a very dynamic company that often changes the location of teams. If we have to keep on changing, sometimes more than 100 desks to another group, we lose a lot of time.

  3. Not all email templates are customisable.

    For example, the activation of a suspended user cannot be customised. This causes significant issues for SSO customers because the URL and instructions cause more confusion.

    Allow for the customization of ALL possible emails coming from Condeco.,

  4. While positioning desks on the uploaded floor plan in the Desk-Administration, an administrator can only move one desk at a time. Moving multiple desks at once (e.g. while adding a new floor or uploading a updated floor plan with a slightly resolution) would greatly reduce the time to set up and update the floor plans for the end users.

  5. In our organisation, booking meetings rooms on the weekend is prohibited and we would like to avoid users thinking this is the case.

    To make this easy to administrate, we should be able to clearly mark holidays in the settings. It would be optimal if the system could do this based on your region with the ability to adjust manually

  6. Incorporate survey after the meeting is over Staff should be able to provide the feedback about the room on the functionality of Projector, Plasma TV, Round Table, conference equipment, etc

    This will help IT to improve the user experience in these meeting rooms

    Example:
    1. Feedback Email / form to be sent our once the meeting is over.
    2, Feedback form hosted on Condeco screens at the end of the meeting.
    3. Web app sending the feedback form once the meeting is over.

  9. RE the recent change of not giving users access to booking details that occurred more than 30 days in the past, it feels like Condeco is introducing unnecessary barriers to user performance. We shouldn’t need to run reports every time we need to access past bookings information. We are going backwards with this change. All information should remain easily accessible to users. Condeco says this is 'to improve performance', but I can guarantee this is not for the users benefit at all. We deal with 5000+ bookings per month.     Thank you for your feedback on this matter. The recent changes were implemented to enhance the application's performance, and we've observed significant improvements in both response time and overall speed. However, we recognize that some data previously accessible through the Booking form is not visible in the Booking Summary. We are working to enhance the Booking Summary to display all relevant meeting data so that past bookings can be replicated without the need to use the 'Reports' section of Condeco.

    We'd would also like to highlight that it is still possible to view bookings on the Booking Grid and use the 'Copy' function to replicate the meeting at a future date.

  10. When our admin teams perform frequent actions such as moving a room from one group to another or copying a booking from one place to another there is currently no functionality to stop emails going out to the host (i.e. the holder of the original booking).

    My team is swap rooms around frequently and sometimes place it back in the original room

  12. Addition of individual Scrollbars for un-positioned items and Floor plan in Floor plan administration. This will help admins to find desk numbers in un-positioned items without loosing location on floor plan while scrolling entire page.

    Please note – Un-positioned items column must be frozen.

    When there are very large floor plans with very many desks it is currently awkward to locate the unpositioned desk icon and its position on the floor plan.

  14. Admins need to be able to see who initiates team day bookings and who they are booked for. There is currently no visibility to see this information as an administrator.

  15. We recently started using our HR system to log whereabouts ie working in the office, remotely etc. We've had some questions from our users on whether we can turn off the status tab that shows on the home screen in Eptura Engage - as it led them to be confused as it doesn't match what their status shows in our HR system.

    It would be good to have a way for us to turn this off on a global level so no users see that status tab on the homescreen.
