Multiple login sessions?
Unable to login to both web app and mobile app simultaneously? That' not not being able to access webmail or outlook desktop app and have outlook mobile app at the same time. Each time you login to one, it boots you out of the other?

Mobile Apps does not display Desk Attribute
Mobile Apps is a very simple UI App for booking desk with no function such as reset password, change password etc.
However it is the prefer way of booking a desk as such we will like to see the desk attributes while booking a desk thru the mobile apps18 votes -
Ability to create multiple teams within "Find your Team"
Especially for setups where one employee can be part of different teams or project groups, it would be great to be able to create multiple "teams" within the "Find your team" menu as it can become very overwhelming quickly if you have e.g. more than 10-15 team members in only one single list. In that case, you would have to scroll and eventually don't even see your own office days anymore.
UI-wise, selecting the teams could be implemented by a respective dropdown field below the "date selector" or by an "accordion" list in the "Your team members" section (i.e. to…

Desk booking advance periods in 'days' should allow weekends to be ignored
When a desk period is set to ‘weeks’, there is an option to ‘ignore weekends’. We would like this option to apply when the advance period is set to ‘days’ as well.

Easier process to obtain / print QR Codes
There needs to be a much easier means to obtain QR codes internally in the codeco portal per line item (Desk) that can be printed. There are way too many steps and needing to export things to excel and convert and all. All this should be eliminated. There should be a link per each line (Desk) in Condeco that can easily generate the QR code directly and print or export the image to print.

Users are able to book unlimited resources for the same day on non-default groups
Non-Default Groups like lockers, car spaces, etc. allow users to
book unlimited resources for the same day even when the settings (group settings) are set to limit the number of slots per week (e.g. 2 slots per week). There is no workaround and clients are not able to manage these spaces as expected.14 votes -

Office Map including all resources
Right now you can only see items on the map if you select either room bookings or specific groups in Personal Spaces. Create a map button that shows all meeting rooms and personal spaces on one map.

AM/PM -Full Day Global setting
The Global setting for AM/PM or Full Day can only be set for all locations. You cannot have both setting in a location or more so, two different locations. i.e. London and Asia where different Government working guidelines /practices require different settings.

View all plotted desks on the Floorplan at once, irrespective of Groups.
Admins would like to view all plotted desks for all the Groups on the floorplan at the same time. Currently there's no ability to view all the desks at once on the floor plan. Admins have to go into each Group individually to be able to see the plotted desks.

Enable more granular Active Directory synchronisation
I understand AD sync is only possible at the top level - i.e. all users will be synchronised.
As an organisation with head office users (who need desk booking) and branches ( who do not), it would be a huge benefit if we can specify groups to be synchronised.
I'm sure we are far from alone in having this requirement.

View where any colleague is sitting in the building.
Some facility to view where someone is sitting, even if you cannot book a desk in that area. Currently you can't find a colleague's desk unless you can also book on that floor.

When viewing floorplan, unable to see available desks
At the moment when we click on review floor plan we get a message saying there are currently no available Personal Spaces.
Before the recent update, this message only appeared if no desks where available. Since the update, this message appears all the time even though we know there are desks available.
When the floor plan is opened all available desk are showing grey & unavailable, before the update they would be showing green & available.
We were told by Condeco if we cancel our desks they will then appear in green, as administrator this is not what we want…

The Today page and Home page 'Floor plan' buttons will now display the floor plan with spaces that are 'Available' shown in green. If a user already has the workspace types available booked then they will see a 'Swap' button instead of a 'Book' button which allows them to quickly change to a new space. We are looking to bring this enhancement to the 'Find your team' page in the near future.

Place 'Book for Someone Else' checkbox at very top of screen
We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

Desk bump after no check in should not create a cleaning request. It makes the space unusable.
Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.

Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.
