  1. Add waitlist feature for offices that are extremely busy and have limited space - users can get on a waitlist and if a reservation is released, the person of the waitlist gets notified

  4. I didn’t see a way to set a favorite personal space/desk. I have my profile updated with my preferred location and floor, but it would be ideal to be able to set a favorite desk, as I typically use the same desk each week.

  5. We may at some point want multiple departments to be able to book the same desks, but on different days of the week. One group on Mondays and Wednesdays and another group on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And we'd expect Condeco to gate keep the bookings. Meaning, users in the Monday/Wednesday group cannot book on Tuesdays/Thursdays and vice versa.

  6. A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

  7. There isn't currently an option to add a field when setting up desk bookings.

    We are trying to utilize Condeco via the desk booking option to enable users to book car parking spaces. If you added a field option we would be able to allow users to input their registration numbers.
    Because there isnt that option we cannot use condeco to its full potential, seems a shame as the only thing stopping us is the field input option

  8. Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
    Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.

  9. It would make handling desk and room attributes easier if it was possible to sort attributes alphabetically when interacting with them via the admin pages or when filtering room or desk searches.

  11. A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid. Currently you have to choose between the groups and floors and workspace types first and can see only the bookings of the selected. If someone asks me…

  13. We assign fixed desks to workspaces such as offices that should only be used by one person while allowing others to find their location and status in the system. Currently fixed desks are being released to be reserved by others when the assigned user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely”. As we believe that this should be a functionality of a Flexi-Desk, I would like to request the trigger be removed so that when a fixed desk user changes their status from “In the Office” to “Working Remotely that their desk is not be made available…

  14. People in my office are using this function when booking for guests. The problem is that the booking just says something like : John Smith. We don't know who has made the booking, who the person is and there's no mandatory fields like phone number or host. From a safety perspective not knowing who a random person is or who is responsible for them in the building is an issue.

  15. Whole day configuration and check-in period.

    Whole day booking had been selected to ensure a one person, one desk booking per day such that COVID-19 cleaning procedures are integrated with the release of the desk.

    When a whole day is selected in advanced/global setup/desk booking, the check-in period in the application setup in groups is also changed to reflect one period, that being AM. This only has a time limit of 11:59AM. If there are afternoon shift staff booking a desk and they are not in to check in by 11:59AM, their desks are bumped.

  16. When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

  19. The geofencing technology is great to automatically check you in at your desk. It would be great if you could have the same functionality to prompt you to release your desk when you leave the vicinity?
    Many users are forgetting to release their desks at the end of the day.

  20. In view of COVID19, it would be good if Admins could retroactively book a desk on a past date, in case someone showed up at the office without actually booking a desk.
    That would be very useful to allow contact-tracing.
