Cancelling Booking Behaviour
When cancelling bookings, we would like to see the ability if an end user clicks the trash can for the status to reset Working Remotely or a pop-up to ask the end-user to confirm what they are doing now rather than default to In Office – so the user's status is reflected accurately for other users and also attendance sheets show who is due in the office.
Another option is to remove the trash can and use the change the status to delete/cancel bookings so the users location is always correct for reporting purposes.

Having a feature to select multiple floors on Quick Search just like we select AM/PM
From the point of view of "usability", it would still be possible to optimise the "Quick search", not only by filtering to one (1) floor (floor), but also by searching for all or which can be individually selected (e.g. floor 1 and floor 2) - similar to how I can select AM and/or PM.

In advanced booking can we get the tick box of Include weekends to work when it is under a 7 day booking.
Currently our site wants to allow a 2 day advance booking because when it is on 7 the users just book way in advanced and do not release the desks which effects us negativley.
But when we have it set to 2 days on thursday we are meant to be able to book the following monday but because of the weekend it doesn't go that far ahead. So on thursday we can't boopk anything later than saturday. Even…

Personal Space All Day Desk Booking: add more configuration setting flexibility
We are using the personal space all day feature a lot for desk booking. We got many locations as well. These locations have different requirements to openings hours and days. It would be of great value if we could choose opening hours on a Location level. It would also be great if we could permanently close specific days in the week for booking.
Right now I am using a work around to close days throughout a year.

Filter by custom roles in “Find your Team”
In “Find your Team” we can filter by default roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, First Aider), but filters for custom roles are not available.
We recently created a custom role called “Security Officer” (German: “Sicherheitsbeauftragter”). Users can be assigned to this role successfully, but it cannot be used as a filter in “Find your Team”.
• Expected behavior: All roles assigned to users — including tenant-specific custom roles — are available as filter criteria in “Find your Team” on both web and mobile.
• Actual behavior: Only default, system-provided roles appear as filter options.

Automatic release of fixed desks by weekday as an admin rule
Enable a rule that automatically releases fixed desks reserved for senior executives when they are not in use, so these desks become bookable by other users on those days. This ensures that senior executives always have guaranteed desks on the days they are on-site, while maximising utilisation by making the same desks available to everyone on the remaining days of the week.

End of reservation reminder
Send an email/notification 10 minutes before reservation is completed. This will remind them that they need to wrap up for the day, so the next reservation does not have to wait or "fight" for their booked workstation.

Include the Any Workspace type on the mobile app
Hello,
I have noticed that users are often confused when booking via the mobile app.
In some cases, they are unable to find available offices because they do not realise they need to manually change the workspace type to “Office” on the initial booking screen to see office spaces.
Unlike the desktop version, which defaults to “Any workspace,” the mobile app requires users to select a specific type before searching.
Would it be possible to implement a similar default setting on the mobile app to help reduce confusion?

Desk booking slots restrictions should have option to operate independently of each other.
Example:
Group A has restriction for 2 booking slots
Group B has restriction for 1 booking slots
User should have option to book all 3 slots providing they have permissions to both groups.Currently system counts the users booking and restricts in all groups they have permission too. So if they booking 1 or 2 slots in Group A they will not be able to book any desks in Group B.

Make non-consecutive days available for closing resources. Right now, days can only be closed consecutive days. I get many requests to close resources on non-consecutive days, such as a Monday and then Wednesday.

Allow Hourly Bookings to Span Midnight
Currently, hourly bookings cannot extend across midnight (12:00 AM). This creates inefficiency, as users must make two separate bookings—one before and one after midnight—for what is effectively a single continuous booking. Allowing bookings to span across midnight would simplify the process and improve efficiency for users.

Customizable pop-up
When a floor plan has no desks or desks are disabled for booking or search for desk has no hits, a user will see a pop-up message "There are currently no available personal spaces. Press OK to search again or Cancel to stay in the floor plan.". Would be good if that message can be customized and applicable per floor plan.

Disallow double book for the hourly personal space
Currently, Engage allows users to book multiple different desks at the same time and date under “Hourly Personal Space.” Please align this with the “All Personal Spaces” or “Shift Booking” setting so that users cannot book multiple desks simultaneously. After all, each user only has one seat—and one place to sit at a time.

It would be great if people can receive a weekly summary of the upcoming bookings in the next week or so. Would also be great if there is a cancellation button that people can click to cancel their bookings directly from the email.

Viewing the floor plan on Teams when booking a desk
When booking a desk via the Teams app, it would be ideal for users to see the floor plan and who has booked desks nearby, rather than just the desk number. This would help people choose the right desk, as most users aren't aware of desk numbers, and it would also allow them to see where their colleagues are located.

Getting to the floor plan is tedious as it requires entering information in a few fields, such as choosing your team and the date before the floor plan is displayed.
