Default floor and group in SCIM API
Customers would like the ability to set default location values for users in the SCIM API. This would include not just the country and location, but also the floor and group. This would be on parity with the user important process for provisioning users in the application.

We would like to have the HR feed to create new user accounts only when there is a new Username.
We would like the HR feed to create new user accounts when only there is a new username (CommonID). Currently the HR feed creates new user account when there is a combination of new username and ADGUID. The current system by design is flawed as we have cases where people will be rehired and will have a new ADGUID but the same username (CommonID) hence creating duplicate user accounts. When a user has duplicate user accounts they will get errors and will not be able to complete bookings in the application. We currently have a non-ending effort to constantly clean-up…

Ability to customise the 'Add services to your booking' email generated by M365 integrated booking
We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.

API get desk details
While you can use the POST Desk API endpoint to create and modify desks, you are unable to verify the information that currently exists on a desk. It will help customers keep the desks updated with the right values if they can retrieve the current desk information. Information customers are looking for are:
- External ID
- Resource Group
- Assigned User

Allow adding guests in Teams ADDIN
Allow adding guest in Teams Add-in Bookings. I suggest adding a feature to the Teams ADDIN that would allow users to invite guests when making room reservations. This would be a convenient addition that would enhance the functionality of the ADDIN and make it easier for users to collaborate with individuals outside of their organization.

Provisioning of administrative roles (Global Admin, Country Admin e.g.) via API
Currently, it is not possible to provide admin roles to users via external API (SCIM).
Idea is to manage these over Azure/AD groups in the same way like group mapping for restricted ressources.

Ability to update a Resource Group for the desk via API
For now, it is forbidden to change Resource Group for the existed desk by setting a new externalGroupId in DesksPostDesksV1.
As a golden source, we use another corporate office management system, so any scenario of workspace reorganization cannot be implemented and requires a manual double entry.
It would be really appreciated to have a possibility of full integration with Condeco system.

Raise screen connection incidents to servicenow
Integration to report and raise incidents in service management software, to allow the reporting of screen connection issues to service now. The connect portal offers useful information but, many organizations do not have the capacity for staff to be checking for new reports in connecting manually. The overnight reports are useful however by the time business hours begin the issues the reports are already 5-6 hours out of date. Having an automated incident process assigned to the support team in real-time takes away the need for checking the portal throughout the day or relying on customers to call the helpdesk…

Welcome Screen with information for the FrontDesk
It would be good to have a connection between the Welcome Screen at the FrontDesk and Condeco to show the guests who is coming this day.

Outlook Integration - Add more options for admins e.g. Turn off feature, Unticked by default
For the new Outlook Integration we noticed in our environment that the feature can cause issues with our MTR rooms. People forgetting to untick the Outlook option when booking on behalf of.
Would be good to edit the global setting to Turn off the feature or untick Outlook by defaultIn addition, a really amazing option would be for us to edit if certain users can see the Outlook option or not, users such a reception team or PA/EAs do not need this feature and can end up causing issues so it would be good to edit specific accounts to…

Ability to Customize Smart Calendar Emails
I would like to have the ability to customize the body and subject of the emails that go out when an action is performed in Smart Calendar. Furthermore, within these customizations I would like to be able to change the format of the date populated to be in US format depending on location.

Condeco logs available to the customer SIEM tools (ie Splunk via API?)
Condeco Cloud collects various logs in relation to interactions the platform has undertaken with other systems and users. For example, who undertook what actions in the tool, who signed in and when, synchronisation to Exchange mailboxes, who requested meetings, who was invited, dates and times, SSO integrations and Office365 integrations, creation/deletion/configuration changes of meeting rooms, desks, user accounts etc.
Most of these logs are not accessible to the end customers Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsets (i.e. Splunk), and are stored alongside other Condeco customers log data. Because of this it is problematic for Condeco to extract data in…

Can we build a small API/web service which interact with chat bot, take user inputs and book rooms on their behalf.
