Make room name more visible on mobile app calendar view
On the new unified mobile app when trying to book a meeting space and selecting calendar view the room name only allows for about 8 chars to be visible. Where room names are e.g. COL Room 1, COL Room 2 it means you can't see what room number you are booking. Other than renaming our rooms can this be improved somehow?

Book for external users on Mobile app
Currently there is no way to book a desk for someone who does not have Condeco account via mobile, can’t find “is External” in mobile app, can do from desktop. Can I please suggest this feature is added as it will be of great use .

Improve QR Code Desk-Booking Error Messages and Booking Logic
Currently, the system displays a generic error message when a user scans a QR code to book a workspace but already has an active booking. This creates confusion and leads to unnecessary support tickets, as the message looks like a technical fault and provides no clear guidance.
Current Situation:User scans a QR code to book a workspace.
If an active booking already exists, a generic error message appears without explanation or options.Problem:
