  2. In the web portal - From a floor plan view, be able to see a list of everyone who has space reserved for the day. This alleviates hovering over every bullet to see who is present. If the name can be clicked than be highlighted on the map, that would help connect the person to the specific seat. In the mobile - be able to look up a name and see them highlighted on the floor plan for the mobile app.

  3. Condeco allows the user to update their status 1 day at a time.

    It would be helpful if the user could select mutliple days to update.

  4. Currently, the Wayfinder works only with the English language and English date.
    The possibility to convert to German, would be helpful.

    The goal should be that the Wayfinder displays the day and the month in German

  6. Improve the user experience by adding future bookings to the welcome / today page. Currently there is a lot of unused space that could be used to provide users with an overview of upcoming bookings.

  7. To have the button to view the floor plans of the selected location on the Today page would be great. I think it'd make the page more useful aswell as people tend to just click past it.

  8. The list view in the Webinterface is why to small of locations and groups. You can only see 3 locations/groups at once,

    Request: Bigger field to see the entire Location name and more then three groups.

  9. We have the problem, that many people are booking for other people like The Garden, the Gastro Team, PAs. As all of them don´t know, in which language the user is communicating, we have to adapt the English Template for German and English. That is working except for the date. Could you provide a short date variable? That would really fix the problem.

  10. Feature Request: Extend the service page with filtering, searching and updating options.

    The service item page is really a nightmare, we have know 59 pages of catering items, for some entities we will get 500 pieces for each of the 12 locations. We need options for searching, filtering and updating.

  11. Select mulitple cost codes for one booking. We have quite often the case, the mulitple departments want to share the costs of a booking. Therefore we need to option to select multiple coste codes for a booking.

  12. Lockers are not workspaces: We have two types of personal spaces. Desks and Lockers. Lockers are not configured (check marked under Workspace Types) as a Workspace. However, if a person is assigned a locker AND is working remotely, they are shown as being in the location of their locker on their today page. Additionally, when using the Your Team feature to find team members, it shows people with assigned lockers as being at their location even when they are working remotely. Condeco's proposed solution for this is to have everyone change their setting every day. This is a huge inconvenience…

  14. Please get rid of the confusing time display - 04:00 pm helps no one - It would be better as a 24 hour clock, but if you can't do that, remove the leading 0 from the times.

  15. The deep link shows EVERYTHING what is available,even when you cannot order it, because cut-off time or notification time is over. This is connected to the escalation we had regarding C-Level items.

  16. We have uploaded over 388 PAGES of cost codes just for one entity. You have to know the correct cost code before you can ordering the catering. We believe a drop down menu is not the best way, but an intelligent field, which is showing you the cost codes when you enter something, might be more helpful.

    User should be able to see the cost codes or to get some good suggestions.

    At the moment when defining the Floors in a Location we can define the Floor Name against each floor number, so if we had 4 floors above Ground, we can set them as 1st Flr, 2nd Flr and so on.
    On the Booking Grid floor drop-down it displays this as '1st Flr (1)' 2nd Flr (2) etc.
    Some Locations have a 'mezzanine' floor and there is currently no way I know of to set the right floor number. If we had 4 floors above Ground M,1,2 and 3 - I would have set the Mezzanine floor as floor 1,…

  19. Users need to be notified on how their data will be collected, processed and stored. They should acknowledge the data privacy policy in effect with Condeco (at least on first use). A link to the policy should also be advertised in the GUI of both the Mobile APP and the browser APP at all times. Condeco's overall Privacy policy presumes that all configuration options are turned on. We should be able to advertise a Condeco data privacy policy that reflects only those features that are accessible (for instance, we've disabled the booking grid and do not have users self-certify to…

  20. Our organization recently deployed QR Codes for personal spaces in one of our satellite offices. During this rollout, we identified a technical limitation: the Engage mobile application does not allow users to check into a QR Code–enabled personal space without physically scanning the QR Code. In contrast, the Engage web application permits requestors to remotely check into their QR Code–enabled personal space.

    It is already possible to configure the application to allow scanning of QR codes whilst not enforcing QR code check in on the resource. The QR code is always scannable regardless of where the QR code is set to 'Active' in settings. However, we do recognise that the current wording on the Resources page is ambigiuos so we will be updating this as well as making sure our Knowledge Centre article is clear on this item.
