  4. This feature would allow the internal attendees of an Engage Meeting Room Booking to view the Booking/Room details as well as the floor plan for the Room they are schedule to be in. This feature should be available in Web and Mobile.

  6. The 'Notes' box, when booking any room, needs to be expanded! It's currently a TINY box, which is not efficient! It needs to be larger! I put a lot of meeting information in that box, from tech requirements to catering requests. So having this tiny rectangular box is

  7. We have the "copy to outlook" button permanently checked - can we please have the option to have the "Also delete outlook calendar event" permanently checked as well?

    Also, admins should have the option to delete the outlook calendar events. Only the person who booked the meeting has the check box option. This is causing a lot of issues with bookings currently at our firm.

  11. Provide a way to publish or show holidays on the booking grid to reminder users of upcoming holidays to avoid booking an event on a holiday? We do not want to prevent the booking but just remind the user of the possible conflict. An administrator should be able to add the desired holidays so it could include federal holidays, local holidays, religious holidays, etc.

  13. Ability to see Fire Marshalls & First Aiders at other locations in the search - not just home location. Some of our sites have multiple buildings/locations and we need to be able to search for first aiders across all buildings, not just our default location. Also, can we please have the ability to rename "Fire Marshall" to "fire or emergency warden"

  14. I would like to suggest adding a setting in Condeco that sends automated reminders to individuals responsible for adding equipment, changing rooms, etc. or something similar.

    This feature would function similarly to the "bump" emails sent for desk check-ins, helping those responsible for room setups by notifying them of bookings, rather than requiring constant manual checks of meeting spaces.

  15. When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  18. Having a grid/table of when a certain room is free.
