Setup times are ignored when booking via the app and display
Hello,
For bookings made via the display and via the app, the setup times configured for the rooms are being ignored. For all rooms, only “post-event” setup times are configured, and these should be applied regardless of the booking channel and regardless of whether catering has been or can be booked. Please support.

The ability to see who booked the room via Mouse-Over
It should be possible to see who has booked a meeting area directly in the overview—simply by hovering the mouse over it—without having to open the booking. That would save time and facilitate communication among colleagues. In the marked area, you could simply display the host's initials—similar to how they appear in the floor plan overview.

Search Functionality for Reports
Is it possible to extend the timeframe beyond the current three-month limit? Right now, we have to pull data in increments of 3 months

Allow users to book outside set business hours
Business hours for each location need to be set in order for utilisation data to be accurate. Yet when you set business hours, it restricts users booking outside of those hours.
There should be an override whereby core business hours can be set but admins can select an option to allow users to book outside that timeframe.1 vote -
My team attendance overview
Some colleagues suggested they are not interested in seeing who is in the "My Team Overview" who have only booked a room, not a desk. Because many meetings take place remotely and this does not mean necessarily that the host who booked the room is attending themselves. A Filter for personal spaces or meetings spaces would help in this case.

On managed meeting rooms, include the meeting status on the view visible to approvers. This detail is crucial in prioritizing the requests received and would be a highly useful field to view in this location.

Ability to search service items by typing the first letters in the booking field.
As we have so many service items, it would be better if we could search an item to be added to a booking by typing the first letters of the item instead of scrolling down a very long list to find the item. The same as we have for names of host, requestor or any internal staff.

Prevent on the Day Client Room Bookings being made by Users.
Allowing on the day bookings, creates a risk they are not seen in time by client teams. We would like to block all on the day requests being made on Eptura for the client spaces, so that anyone in need of on the day assistance contacts the booking team via phone or email.1 vote -

Set up and clear down times in mobile app and meeting room screens
When meetings are booked in the mobile app or meeting room screens the set up and clear down times that have been configured for the rooms are ignored. Requirement to be able to book a meeting room from any endpoint and the system respect any pre-configured set up or clear down times in the same way that the web application does.

Create Exchange booking when setup buffer timers for a meeting is used
As of now, any booking created in Engage booking grid with a setup buffer timer (e.g. catering) creates a non-bookable timeframe (greyed out calendar) which remains within the Engage ecosystem.
If there is an active Exchange integration, any setup or teardown buffer of the typical 15/30 mins is not synced to Exchange, leading to different information on room availability as per the views in Exchange calendar and Engage web interface.As such, any setup/teardown buffer generated in Engage should be transcoded as a somewhat "technical Exchange booking" resulting in a real calendar invite in Exchange, keeping Microsoft´s guardrails of how…

Meeting room delegates - they should be emailed when they cancel a booking on behalf of someone else
When a user is assigned as a delegate to another user, if they delete a room booking on behalf of someone else, only the booker gets the cancellation email, both the booker and delegate should get the email and it should show who deleted the booking

Il est actuellement possible de définir une période d'ouverture à la réservation des salles au niveau du groupe avec une date de début et une date de fin dans la journée.

Order Catering: Set "Catering (All Items) as standard instead of "Please select"
If you are ordering catering at the moment, you always have to click twice per item. First the group you want to have and afterwards the item itself.
Instead of having as default "Please select" please set "Catering (All Items) as default, that would eliminate in 80% of the bookings the second click and would be much more efficient.

Translate Service Items
Currently it´s not possible to translate service items like Catering, Equipment etc. to different languages. Please offer the possibility to translate service items too! We have many locations which are dealing with at least two languages, so we have to bring this option also to the service part. This is really crucial for us!

“Your booking” section visibility/order
Could columns be re-order to have the Meeting Room column (Location) directly after the Date/Time of the meeting to avoid scrolling to the end of each line + full visibility of the location details to avoid hovering over for full room details.

Should be able to search a room name to see where it is located in the building.
