  2. Dynamic Space Optimization (Personal Spaces)

    Condeco should have an option to open other floors dynamically for booking as and when one floor reaches a threshold limit of booking. Say Floor -2 shows up and made available for booking only when 80% of the spaces (Personal spaces like Desks) on Floor-1 is booked. The Threshold levels are configurable and possibility to 'choose' the default floor that is always open, and then also 'choose' the sequence in where the other floors then open up.

  6. With the growing number of hirings, it may be useful to add 2/3 time slots for the dining room to Condeco so that people can book without creating crowding in the kitchen. For example, insert seats for a maximum of 25 people at the following times:
    12-12.45pm
    1-1.45pm
    2-2.45pm

  9. Our office is open Tuesday through Thursday only, other locations are open Monday through Friday. We would like to be able to configure the location in the period of 3 days without much extra effort and lock the other two days permanently.

  10. We control our sites with Condeco. Unfortunately, we can not control our parking lots with e-charging station with Condeco, because there are only 1-2 slots, depending on the global setting. We would like to have the possibility to divide our parking spaces into 3 fixed slots per day.

  14. Asymmetry causes a lot of support tickets for us. Not only does it add to confusion when you can book for a team on mobile but not on desktop, but this has broken some parts of our system.

    In particular, we can't enforce certain required information fields on Mobile. This is allowing certain reservations and setups to get much further than they should, disrupting workflows.

  16. Currently, a fixed / flexy desk allocation leads to a permanent booking for a given desk and any deviation from this permanent booking must be released separately.

    However, it would be great if these deviations could be executed by 'booking rules', e.g. that the fixed allocation is applicable for all weekdays except Thursday and Friday (in case the user usually does not come into the office on those days).

    Releasing a regular absence is tedious when you have to set every absence manually and separately.

  17. Some rooms appear on the room booking system (eg F526 and F626) but these are actually Director rooms and you are kicked out if you try to go to these rooms, even though you have booked a room on the system. DIrector rooms should be flagged on the system and people should not be able to book them as it has caused lots of issues eg interviews having to be delayed because the panel are kicked out the meeting room booked.

  18. We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant. Thanks

  20. Hi there,

    I don't think anyone knows the below acronyms mean or stand for (VCU, FC etc). Could you add a key with a brief explanation of each? It would be more meaningful if it explained what the kit was - e.g. there is a surface hub to joins teams call, or there is a screen but you have to plug someone's laptop in to do a teams call?

    Also, would be useful to know the names of colleagues who have a room booked, as then we could message direct to ask them if the room is still needed if…
