  1. Sometimes Smart Calendar doesn't show all available rooms on a floor, even if they are available and meet the search criteria. It would be good to show every option on a floor.

  3. We need a way to schedule room bookings (for hospital clinics) with the following types of recurrences:

    some examples:

    First and Last Monday of every month.
    or
    2nd and 4th week of every month

    Part of the issue appears to be that only the First and Last month are present in the recurrence drop-down list.

    Whereas it should include, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, last

    These are regular patterns that consume a lot of administration time to populate without this option. It is not feasible for the teams to do this manually having discussed and experimented with the advanced features…

  4. It would be helpful to see booking history (i.e. last financial year) in "your bookings" section. In Australia, its possible to claim personal tax deductions for days working from home. Hence, keeping these records would help substantiate these calculations

  5. We have staff with personal work spaces that are always assigned to them. Currently they're configured as flexi desks with no end date which is effective for reserving the space for them. There is a gap, however, that always shows these staff as working in the office even if they haven't checked in. Further, it would be helpful if those staff could even plan out days that they don't expect to be in the office on the calendar.

    Currently if the user indicates they're working remotely it releases the flexi desk as well even if the group is configured NOT…

  6. Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.
    It would be good if we could change the time of the service items so they are then shown with-in the 30 minutes set-up example Coffee in room for 09.45

  9. It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

  10. Email templates of confirmation, cancellation, etc. should include the day of the week. For instance, "TUESDAY, November 24, 2020" (see below)

  16. When a new Group is changed on the Quick Room Search or Find a Room page it resets the time. This is because the other Group may have different business hours. However if my existing chosen time is within the newly selected Group's business hours, it should retain my selection.

  17. It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

  19. In both the web and Outlook, (mobile) it would be helpful for the room image to be viewable in the search results, rather than having to click on a seperate icon to loan.

  20. There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.
