  1. Linked rooms should have their own room attributes associated to the linked rooms, i.e. VCU. Would like the ability to attach photograph to the linked rooms as well.

  2. Not able to view the booking when you look at the room bookings under 'Your Bookings' in web portal, the only option to edit or delete. Is it possible to add a view button?

  4. Implement a feature that automatically pulls any links from Web conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) into the Engage booking summary, when booking a room from the Engage Outlook addin. Would be helpful that our IT team have all that information automatically, instead of requesting users send that information separately.

  5. user profile should be filled with the data "company" in case users are from a company with different subsidiaries .

    Field should be filled via SCIM automatically. User can see this field in his own profile but only an admin is able to change this data.

  6. I have many buildings for different companies and so different admins. But I have no way to set "region" admin.
    Country and building are not enough : I need an intermediate level for cities or companies or regions for example.

  11. Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.
    It would be good if we could change the time of the service items so they are then shown with-in the 30 minutes set-up example Coffee in room for 09.45

  12. It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

  16. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  17. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  19. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  20. Currently, only Global Admins can create and amend Concierge tiles, which limits flexibility and slows down communication. Allowing Group Admins to manage these tiles via ‘Additional Administrative Access’ would enable roles such as Communication Officers and Property Managers to create Announcements and Events directly, without needing to raise requests with Global Admins. This change would streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
