  1. It would be good to have an alert system, which lets you know when someone cancels their booking and there is now a desk available.

  5. Example we have a booking start at 10am the system is configured to add a 30 minutes set-up time.
    It would be good if we could change the time of the service items so they are then shown with-in the 30 minutes set-up example Coffee in room for 09.45

  6. It doesn't make sense to have to book check into your desk if you start work after 11am resulting in losing said desk. You should be able to enter in your start time so you don't have to find a new one once you get to the building.

  10. We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.

  11. It would be easier for our IT team to know what video conferencing ID we are using if we were able to add a Zoom ID field. It would also be easier for reporting to know who has had video conferences over the course of a month (or whatever range is selected)

  12. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  14. I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  15. Add the ability to customise the Add Services auto-generated email when booking a room via the Outlook add-on.

    Also, enable booking confirmation emails to be sent when booking via the Outlook Add-on

  16. At the moment, when booking a space directly on the booking grid, associated service items are not added unless the booking form is opened at least once.

    The booking should behave in the same way whether or not you book on the grid or open the booking form.

  17. There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

  18. Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

  19. I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  20. We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.
