Ability to Create Auto-Notifications Sent to Operations Teams and Users: the lack of notifications in Condeco is causing major issues: Building services team are not receiving requests for extension cords, etc; Users are not receiving alerts on upcoming catering, setup and other deadlines for their reservations. This is causing an absurd amount of unnecessary work for all service departments involved chasing meeting requestors down to obtain the information, many times unsuccessfully due to lack of response from meeting holders.

  2. Dear Condeco, we would like to propose to extend the User service in Condeco, also by other services related to Handicap solutions.

    Example, when somebody has to find an elevator than it will be shown on the Floorplan (direct space and also via arrows, where to find it from a specific location). When somebody needs an escalator, it will be visible on floorplan.
    We propose a solution for easy navigation for people with handicaps, which will be intuitive in the Application via arrows and lines navigating to use specific attributes of a buildings which help in case when somebody has…

  3. We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

    • Ability to make recurrent bookings on weeks 1,3&5 or 2&4 (we currently have to manually select the dates for this)
    • More detail in booking summary, specifically who has rejected a booking and the reason they entered for this
    • Protected 'notes' section for those managing bookings (we have a 2 step approval process and currently have to use the booking form notes section, to document approval related comments)

  4. 'Find a colleague' on mobile application not only displays where your colleague is present but also allows you to book a desk next to your colleague.

    So, you were getting the error of 'No desk available for the selected search criteria' because of the below group setting

    The purpose of this setting is to either allow to book more than one desk on that group (if enabled) or to restrict the users to not book the desk if they already have the desk booked on that group (if disabled)

  5. The condeco kiosks right now are able to show floorplans that we upload and markup via the portal.
    However the floorplans are not colour enabled, meaning if we have neighbourhoods listed on floorplans that are uploaded, or differentiable coloured items, the kiosk cannot mask them!

    Would be a struggle to a one-time visitor trying to understand where certain neighbourhoods are from a black and white map?

  6. The ability to export legacy reports to excel will help with lengthy tasks done with old legacy data. As you can be dealing with many months of information at once, analysing this when its only in a viewable format is difficult

  9. Currently, any changes to a floor map require resizing the map so that it can be uploaded to replace the outdated map in Condeco. The upload requires that all resources be reassociated with the new map. This is a laborious and manual process. If the maps were adjusted based on the size of the old map, a reassociation would not be necessary.

  10. If the location admin generates a report in the AM, and the user cancels the office, the only way that the admin would know that office is vacant is to eyeball the Booking grid.

  11. It would be useful to be able to select a particular room and see when that room was next free, rather than specify a time and date and only see rooms that will be available at that time.

  13. At our company we have different calendar settings within our tenant. When looking at the device health tab it puts all signs within the tenant in together, but we would like to add a filter to the existing filters to allow us to differentiate the screens based on which calendar setting they are attached to.

  14. We do know that there is dependency when it comes around Condeco-Exchange setup and that's why requests which gets initiated for rooms which is part of approval process should be very clear. Now suppose rooms which is requested via Exchange interface (Restricted Group) are being suggested to get approved /rejected on ORF side by respective delegate . But then why those also gets reflected on Condeco Web end as superusers are generally setup on Condeco portal side as well. Differentiation while acting on it from GRID can be done but no where on Request side can tell if it has…

  15. Unlike most admin fields when reviewing groups there is no filtering per location. this makes it sometimes difficult to view only the relevant groups for that location/region.

    suggest to add the filter to simplify the update/review process.

  16. When our Facilities Department closes a desk (due to broken equipment, etc.) we would like them to be able to track the reason for the closure for better management of those desks, and then edit/update that Description field once the desk is able to reopen.

  17. We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering…

  18. It would be ideal if after a lockout the admin does not have to wait 30 mins before they can reset their password.
