  1. It would be good if I could tag colleagues on to support portal ticket at the time the ticket is raised (JIRA used to allow this)

  2. Catering request status should be emailed from vendor to user so that they can more readily know status.

  3. Usually the shift timings are:
    8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
    10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
    7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    But when I book for a personal space, I only have 2 options i.e. either select one of the checkbox ☑ or both of it. Usually our shifts are not always fall in AM or PM zone. It extends from AM to PM.

    Please incorporate a feature where we can select our shifts timing.

  5. As a user, I would like a report/dashboard to forecast in-office/remote availability of person or group of people within the company for a period of time (day, week, month or quarter) to plan my visits

  6. Currently you cannot have more than one group of orientation for Linked Meeting Spaces which doesn't allow anyone to be able to offer more linked variations for a large meeting space. For example, we have 3 conference rooms that can be linked all together but we can only make one group of those rooms in regards to orientation. This is a handicap as it won't allow other options to be booked for divisible areas. I should be able to group conf rm. 1/2 or 2/3 or 1/2/3 not just 1/2 and the system assumes the rest. Please provide a fix…

  7. When you have the time display set to 12 hour clock (with AM/PM display), sorting by date/time in reports ignores the AM/PM and puts it in order by hour (i.e. 1PM will be before 2AM) - support says this is default behavior to ignore AM/PM, but it results in incorrect sort order. I need my events/reservations in chronological order.

  8. When you need to change the room for an existing booking you are only presented with rooms on the same floor as your original booking. To look for an alternate room on a different floor you first have to cancel the room booking, as the edit button is greyed out. Could the edit option be displayed at all times please?

  9. Dear Condeco,
    is it possible when running a report that we can choice the am /pm button to avoid having double enteries, I am aware that booking a Desk for a day generates 2 entries in the Database one for AM and another for PM to allow for differnet time zones but this creates names coming up twice, it would be good not to have names twice on reports!

  10. As an admin, I must have the ability to disable the 'meeting space' functionality on the Condeco Portal without impacting the ability for my users to continue reservations via their outlook calendar, so that users are not presented with conflicting experiences while booking a conference room.

  12. Executive Assistant booking on behalf of someone in the web app and is trying to update Requester and is receiving a message. "Changes to the title, time or attendees can only be made from Linda King's Outlook calendar event. Global Admins also can not make this change. This is not all locations.

  13. Dear Condeco, we would like to suggest to change a feature available in Condeco under Book a personal space.

    When a person has Admin rights, under Book a personal space there is an option to select all the days once or none of them (feature All | None).

    This is not available for the users.

    We propose to have it available also for the users as it is a friendly user function in Condeco and the users will like it at all.

    It will be helpful for all the users.

  15. It would be great to be able to click on a desk signal an issue (screen not working for instance, several desks dirty, missing chairs, etc)

  16. We want the ability for users with assigned fixed desks to both 1) be able to book desks at other locations without releasing their fixed desk and 2) only allow users to book one desk at one location

  17. Many companies offer the option to book desks either in the morning, in the afternoon, or full day. Full day is by far the most used option. On the Today page, this should therefore be ticked by default already, saving one click for each booking. So AM and PM should both have a tick by default.

  18. In case of fire, and need to evacuate the building, a list of persons who were in the building -at least, who booked a desk- would be useful for the evacuation responsibles, which would be accessible through the website and the app (limited to some profiles). Is there such a feature on Condeco ?

  20. It would be ideal if the on the booking form General Page the user could validate a cost code after entering.
    Currently the application only validates when the users hits book/request and close, so if they have entered a lot of chargeable items and find the code is rejected they are not very happy.
