Conflict Transparency
When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. View Floor plans from the Today Page
To have the button to view the floor plans of the selected location on the Today page would be great. I think it'd make the page more useful aswell as people tend to just click past it.

Advance Booking Rules
It would be good if there was a way to stop users from booking catering on a Friday for the next Monday.
We can have a booking rule to stop the user for adding catering to bookings for the next day but there needs to be a way the weekend is stopped.7 votes -
Ability to Book Linked Meeting Spaces through Outlook Plugin
Currently you cannot booked linked meeting spaces through Outlook. Please add this feature in so users don't have to use the plugin for one set of room then another for another set

Meeting cancellation, bump, and no show report.
For meetings that have the bump feature, we should be able to pull which were bumped.
We would like to pull cancellations so we can track when they were cancelled and how often we have 24 hours or less cancellation.
It makes sense that No shows also would be on this report.7 votes -
Add custom messages to screens
It would be good if we could add custom messages to the meeting room screens, such as "Projector is currently not working, IT aware". If the room is closed, perhaps the closure message that we set on the portal could be displayed too, i.e. "Closed for refurbishment".

It seems obvious to me that it should be possible to pull through all standard fields for reporting in Power BI.
The specific field we need for our current reporting requirements is 'WorkspaceType'

Set Booking Slots for Users via API
Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

visitors summary for physical attendees on site rather all attendee.
we have a mixture of physical attendee and vitual attendee to meeting room booking be it teams/zoom/webex etc. it would be good to be able to list up the physcial attendee that are coming in so the reception know who is actually coming to meeting rather than see a list of 40 ppl but actually only 5 ppl are coming.

Sort 'Field Selection' window items alphabetically
Currently, the 'Field Selection' fields when editing or creating reports are displayed in no apparent order. From user experience perspective, it would make more sense to sort them alphabetically by default so the required fields are easier to find.

Room ascending order on booking grid
This feature seems to have been removed...
Can we have the option reinstated to order the meeting rooms on the booking grid? ie. room 101, then room 102 etc. going across the grid instead of being mixed up.

Summary tab for Desk Booking
This is similar feature we have in room booking where in we can see the who made the booking, when the booking was made, when it was edited, checked-in, released, etc. This feature or the capability to see the booking history would be a big help for the users/admins to a initial investigation for booking issues.

Edit desk attributes from floor plan
We want to be able to change the desk attribute from the floor plan, e.g. if you right click the green dot, as a global admin it would be helpful to change the attribute from this page, rather than locating via all the navigation menus.

Request Sorting
As an event approver, I would like to see the events waiting to be approved listed in the order that they were received and the timestamp of receipt so that I can provide accommodations to the event organizers that submitted requests first
For Example
Requests will be honored on a first come first serve basis. If two requests arrive requesting the event space for the same time, the request that was submitted first will be provided approval and the second request will be put on a waiting list.
