Check in Option
In India, we are working in single shift. So if an employee is coming for office, he is available in both shift. Can you put an option to check in both shift at the same time? so that we don't need to check in again for 2nd time in a day.

Booking Confirmation
Can you integrate "Check in" option in outlook itself so that we don't need to go online, once for booking and 2nd for confirmation.
Or for check in confirmation, you can make an option of "Yes/No" in email itself so that one can choose yes to check in without coming online to check in.

Ability for delegates to check into host's meetings for them
It would be helpful if delegates could check into meetings via the web app or mobile app for bookings they have made on behalf of others in Smart Calendar. If I book a meeting through my boss's Outlook calendar, I am not able to check into that meeting for him.

Check in process improvement
Please share the reminder to check in at least 30 minutes before cancelling. 7 minutes doens;t give enough time, Especially if you are in a meeting or not close to your email.
Include information on what to do if i didn;t check in, the booking was cancelled, but you are already sitting on the desk. The system doesn;t show the desk as available. Offer users a way to recover from errors. This is one rule of Usability.

Administrator overview - Add sorting options
In a setup with many groups, it is currently very inconvenient to list all Group Administrators within the User Management menu.
First of all, there is no possibility to filter by Region or Location at the moment, only by Country.
Secondly, there is no possibility to sort the result list. Even when exporting it to CSV, sorting the list by Group is not possible because all groups a user is admin of are listed in the same column.

More usability in Floor Plan View
Would it be possible to swap between dates while on the floor plan view as this is the most useful view for finding a desk? Also, could booking confirmations include the floor plan with the reserved desk highlighted?

When a meeting room is configured with "clean down" time, it would be good if the screen could show this time separate to the actual meeting. This would would mean less chance of meetings overrunning and allowing adequate time for room to be cleared in time for the next meeting.

Improve experience of the requested service items for a delivery booking
Suggestion: Enabling retaining of the added services (or) a pop-up alert indicating to the user that the services will be erased will greatly improve the User Experience
Description:
1. A user while doing Delivery Booking adds a list of services (example: Catering items) for a particular floor
2. The user changes the floor selection (example: from 1st floor to 2nd floor)
3. Condeco doesn’t retain the added services and the user has to again add these services to the new floor selection

confirmation email subject
Will it be all possible to include <desk number> and <date> in the booking confirmation email from Condeco?
Given we book desks over multiple days, it is difficult to find the email and desk # for a specific date… I find myself going through all the booking emails to find the actual desk for a date. I am sure many others have the same problem.
An example would be, instead of the subject of ”Booking confirmation" , just change the subject to “Booking confirmation Desk <desk number> on <date>”
