  1. The ability to allow desks to be allocated as per the agreed days in the office. This would be fixed desks inline with the already identified collaborations required in the group. This will reduce individual admin. The only admin required will be to manage holidays and any other exceptional days when we are not needing a desk.

  2. In the book personal space section, the "Group" box is too small - you can't see the full team names which makes it really difficult when you're searching for your correct team. Can the box be made bigger? Thanks!

  3. Ability to create a list of colleagues so that the system could suggest the nearest desk to the majority of the team. Could be useful for days when most/all colleagues want to be in the office together for specific events.

  4. Can the booking grid be set up to view individual teams via a weekly view? This will be useful for coordinating staff attendance within teams. Thanks.

  5. Please improve navigation through admin tasks.
    tl;dr: get rid of annoying drop down menus.

    Quick fix would be a return button or "go back to list" button on most pages. Instead of having to go two steps back and select everything again form the drop downs.

    Example editing floor plans for areas. For changing to different area I have to select completely different floor, than go back to the floor I was editing and then go to "Add/Edit" mode of the next area. In this case best would be to be able to change to other areas (on the same…

  6. There are often little rows and many pages for navigation in admin portal. For example desk attributes in Meta Admin and Resource administration.

    Please increase number of rows or best to make it infinite. Better to scroll than to have to select pages.

    Meta administration starts a new page after 10! rows. At this point I have still half of screen white space under that.

  8. Anywhere (and I mean anywhere) you tell someone they've booked a desk, you should include a map (or a link to a map) showing where that is.
    In addition, you should label desks so people don't need to roam the floor wondering where desk 28 is (when they've just arrived in the office & so don't yet have their laptop powered up).
    Texting them the booking & having a map an the entrance to every floor would also help

  9. Would this be a possibility:
    Where in the list of requests where it says view, review, grid, reject, could an extra box/option be added which could indicate another team member is working on that request. I could be titled "in progress"
    In a large team this could save much confusion

  11. Floor plan administration section is way too clunky. You shouldn't have to click off a floor onto another floor, just to come back to the floor you were editing. You should also be able to see the desk designations across the full floor rather than just in sections.

  13. Currently the "Username" data field is only included in desk reports. This is a request to add "Username" to meeting room related reports too.

  15. Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status

    Idea is to restrict booking for unvaccinated, turning Desk Bookings into Managed Bookings (requiring approval from HR).

    Scenario

    1. User makes a Desk Reservation
    2. System Identifies user has Vaccination Status set to "Unvaccinated" under their user profile, queues up reservation under awaiting approval
    3. HR pulls reports and accepts or rejects reservation based on conditions or documentation
    4. Ability for user to submit documentation required by HR via Booking Form (Sends email to HR)

  16. Track Vaccination Status Under User Profile Settings. Enable a drop down under User Management > Overview named "Vaccination Status.

    Option 1 - Vaccinated
    Option 2 - Unvaccinated

    Idea is to use the above status to restrict bookings.

    Unfortunately we are not able to store medical data within the application. You can manually restrict users from having access to groups of Personal Spaces and Meeting Spaces within the User Permissions of the application, but we cannot restrict on this basis. 

  17. Not all admins in the screen manager portal wants to receive the heartbeat notification emails. It should allow customising to only those admins that wanted it, especially for those global instance shared across many countries and many admins.

  18. When using the Condeco Outlook Add-In, the Add-In does not determine if a recurring meeting violates the booking rules set on the group. As a result, users are able to book a room with a recurring meeting that cannot be fulfilled by the enterprise application. The user then receives an email after the booking has been created to indicate that the room could not be reserved.

    For example, in the group booking rules, there is a limit of 9 months for a recurring meeting. In Outlook a user can create a recurring meeting for 12 months and a list of…

  19. Can you add a filter option to find a collegue to return ssearch results for only those staff that have checked in on that day. Ie If we need to find a First Aid Officer who is in the office on that day
