  1. Vendor Dashboard - Print Friendly Version

    Is it possible to enhance the print friendly version within the vendor dashboards, our catering teams have resulted to using this as it has all the information and is somewhat easier to view unless you have a lot of notes than it becomes a not so friendly version.

    At the moment when you print the format does not utilize the whole page causing test to become difficult to read.

    This would be a quick win for busy Catering and possible AV teams.

  2. Catering cut off timing

    The system is able to allocate hours and days to cut off timing of catering items. This is not currently allowing the weekend to be included, and can result in the designated cut off timings being considered correctly for the catering team. We would like to have "Working Days", in place of just the "Days" offered currently, so that we can configure the lead timing of catering items in an informed and helpful manner.

  3. Adding New Rooms to catering item:
    - Current process is slow because each catering item must be assigned individually.
    Suggested improvement:
    - Allow adding catering to a specific room, rather than assigning rooms to each catering item.

    Can this other way round has any workaround where we can add catering items to rooms rather than assigning rooms to each catering item as it consumes longer time.

  5. Under the hourly booking model, the "Find My Team" feature no longer allows you to see which specific desk your colleagues are booked into. As a result, employees in our organisation know their team members are on-site but have no idea where they are located.
    The all‑day booking model provided additional granularity and showed the specific desk(s) colleagues were booked into, making it easy to find them.
    Can this please be added to the hourly booking model as well?

  6. Description:
    Currently, Local (site) Admins can view, edit, and delete all reports, although the report content itself is restricted to location‑specific data. To improve control and prevent unintended changes, we request the introduction of granular permissions for Local Admins.
    Requested Functionality:

    Separate permission levels for Local Admins:

    Read‑only
    Edit
    Delete

    Ability to assign these permissions individually or via role‑based configuration.

    Value:

    Increased security and reduced risk of accidental data loss
    More precise alignment with operational needs
    Clearer separation of responsibilities and improved data governance

  7. When someone cancels their booking in Engage their status still shows as "in the office". Please have the system automatically change this to "Remote" or "booking cancelled" ?

  8. It should be made possible to create team reservations for multiple teams. We are involved in various types of teams, and currently, it's only possible to make reservations for one team. For example, I work as an assistant and should be able to make team reservations for multiple teams, but this is not currently possible. It should also be possible to make reservations for teams one is not personally a part of.

  10. This feature would allow the internal attendees of an Engage Meeting Room Booking to view the Booking/Room details as well as the floor plan for the Room they are schedule to be in. This feature should be available in Web and Mobile.

  13. The 'Notes' box, when booking any room, needs to be expanded! It's currently a TINY box, which is not efficient! It needs to be larger! I put a lot of meeting information in that box, from tech requirements to catering requests. So having this tiny rectangular box is

  14. Our organization has deployed Engage desk and room screens, and more recently QR codes, across our offices worldwide. To further streamline the end-user experience when visiting an Engage-enabled office, we are requesting the implementation of a Digital Signage Display.

    This display would consist of a medium- to large-format high-definition television connected to the Engage ecosystem, providing a real-time view of the office floor plan. Employees and guests could then easily identify available personal and meeting spaces.

    Our organization intends to place these displays near the main entryway of each office to maximize visibility and convenience.

  15. It would be useful if users could create an alert whereby when a member of staff cancels a desk, employees who have activated a cancellation alert can book that desk on a first come first served basis.

    It is not an uncommon theme for some teams to meet their 2 day PW office days but are are sat on opposite sides of the room or different floors. In some cases, staff select different days than their team to meet the obligation, disrupting productivity.

  16. We are currently using Resource Status report from Condeco application. We would like to consume DDC tables to recreate the report and capture data everyday. Please add "Attribute names " column.

  17. Can we have check-in time record for fixed desk users too? We would like to have a timestamped record that they actually came into the office. Flexi option will bump the desk, so we prefer not to use that feature for fixed-desk users since they may arrive later than the scheduled check-in time.

  18. requirement is to integrate a new service type, "Confetti Cleanup", into the Condeco application.

    Currently, the system supports the following four service types:

    AV Services
    Equipment
    Supplies
    Catering

    As this is everyday task of the team which is been done manually currently. Would of great if this field can be added.

  19. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.

  20. Our web application is set to only have meetings of 30 min increments - however on the room screens, the option for 15 min meeting increments show up - we have been told that there is no way to remove the 15 min button from the screens - this is confusing for the user experience because when 15 mins is shown on the screen, the screen only books 30 min increments. Please allow us to delete the 15 min option from the room screens!!!!
