Rebrand Feedback
Following the rebrand to Eptura Engage, desk booking confirmation and cancellation emails are still coming from Condeco which is causing some confusion (for example to new starters who only know the system by Eptura Engage and won't know what Condeco is) and also doesn't help with the embedding of the rebrand with our teams. Please could the email address be changed from Condeco to Engage to reflect the rebrand?

Automatic catering item Count Adjustment for Participant Changes
We propose an enhancement to the current catering system to improve operational efficiency by introducing automatic beverage count adjustments. Currently, when the number of participants in a meeting changes, the system does not automatically update the quantity of beverages required, leading to potential discrepancies and manual adjustments. By implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts beverage quantities based on participant numbers, we can streamline the catering process, reduce manual intervention, and ensure accurate provisioning. This enhancement will not only improve service efficiency but also enhance user satisfaction by aligning the catering provisions with actual meeting requirements.

Native Exchange Integration - External Meetings
Allow external meetings to be used on the Native Exchange integration. As most, of the current meetings are external, the integration cannot be used.

In the "Desk allocated people" report, we would like to know who has booked a team's day and to whom the desks have been assigned.

Room booking from the Kiosk
Since we can book a room from the portal floor plan now, why cant we do the same from the Condeco Kiosk,
so instead of only finding a desk and bookiung it, the user can also search and booking a room1 vote -
STUPID APPLICATION
The application is unusable. THE WORST APPLICATION THAT I EVER SEEN. When the booking become available, even if I am authenticated it takes ages to display the option to book. When trying to book it takes me out and is saying that authentication is not successful made. Then, when I enter and reenter the credentials for multiple times it returns to the login screen as like the waiting time has passed and you need to reauthenticate. 20 minutes trying to book a space and nothing happens, really? Either your application is the worst developed, or the resources that are used…

Copying service items from one booking to another
We’d like the ability to duplicate services from one booking to another. For instance, if we have a predefined list of equipment services that will be reused in a different booking, it would be helpful to copy and paste them rather than re-entering each item manually again

Disable automatic room booking
Condceo is booking automatically a new room, when one meeting room is not free. This function needs to be switched off fot admins.

1 week view for advanced booking grid
Being able to see multiple rooms in the booking grid at a weekly view, right now we only have the ability to view daily

Show days when selected desk you try to book is taken
I dont know which day someone booked my desk when i try to book range of days at once.

Extended Reservation Limit for Personal Spaces
I wanted to inquire whether Condeco has extended the reservation limit for personal spaces beyond the current 5-week period. This limitation has been a challenge, and ideally, we’d like the ability to reserve up to 90 days in advance.

Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
Restrict Advance booking period to all access levels.
Currently this is set at 'Group' and only applies to 'User' access level.
We have 'group admins' who need to book further in advance than 'Users'. However, this is being abused and they are booking more than a year in advance. We would like 'Group Admins' to have an 'advance booking’ restriction against them also.
Maybe a new access level could be introduced (something like PA_Admin) and then each access level (apart from user which is controlled by group) have their own 'advanced booking' restriction.

The Banqueting Report under Formatted Reports to include Notes
The Banqueting Report under Formatted Reports should incorporate the 'Notes' field, which is a field when adding a resource. This field contains crucial information that must be communicated to our team, but in its current form, the report does not display these details.

Visitor report by Filter
We have 2 reception teams that deal with different visitors to different floors. They have to provide a visitor report but currently the report can't be filtered between the two floors and groups. Condeco Support say that the report filters stop at the location which is rather annoying as we need a more granular report as visitors are being sent to the wrong floor.

Send email alert for updates to attendee tab
Send email alert to Freshfields hospitality inbox when attendees are added in Condeco, so reception can register them to the building security system.

Mobile App should display
The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.
