A minimum advance reservation is important and in some locations a showstopper to use Condeco. For example in some locations local facilities need to be informed in advance of a booking in order to prepare the desk or due to covid restrictions and government policies need to declare in advance

Unmerge "merged cells" from reporting extraction of raw date to excel file
When exporting reports into an excel file, many of the cells are merged. This makes it difficult to incorporate the raw date into any type of BI reporting and difficult to create pivot tables. It would be very helpful cells were not merged. And, it would be helpful if the time and date were in separate columns.

Improve input time for Visitors
When booking in several visitors at the same meeting the date and time keep resorting back to current day and time. there must be a way of locking the date and time for that meeting. In the search between window if you put a forward date in you have to also alter the end date as it does not automatically track the first date.

outlook
The guidance show a map of the bookable desks but using condeco today it does not have these and only gives a list of desks to choose from. I will have to find the desk when I get there and this will waste time. Can we have the location maps uploaded to condeco please. Thanks Savina

Dear Manager,
Hello, we appreciate your work for managing meeting room booking and management. However, some colleagues book the more than one meeting room in advance of several months, and they might not really need the meeting room, and cost a waste. So we suggest to shorten the ahead time for booking meeting room, for example, one week or two weeks. It will make the users feel more convenient, Thank you.

Favourites + Multiple day view
Be able to create a team/favourites list so you can quickly check who is in office on what day.
Also, would be nice to be able to get data in a table format so you can view who is in across multiple days

name selection UI
in book for others, should load matching names while typing directly on the booking screen instead of making a popup to search+add which is a 20-years-ago UI.
the search+add pop up only make sense when you can add multiple names however it is not the case, it now sounds clumsy.

First point of contact
I believe that you are a great idea to have one person dedicated to 61 Southwark Street who would be the first point of contact related to day-to-day issues, helping with reports, helping with guidance on getting to know better the Condeco system, etc., rather than raising helpdesk tickets and dealing with a different person each time. Saying that some issues are taking longer to solve makes us chase the Condeco team and sadly every time a different person gets back to us.

Revise desk without deleting booking
It would be really good if we could Revise our desk booking should we find another available desk, e.g. you notice a freed up desk next to a colleague, rather than having to delete the existing booking altogether and re-book from scratch.

Ability to chose default page after login
I'd love to be able to chose what page to start out on when I log in. Currently it defaults to Today which is confusing as often I'm using the site to book a Personal space for the future. If I could even bookmark the "Home" for Personal Spaces that would be ok so I could go to there first, but since everything goes to "Master.aspx" its a lot of clicks to get where I want to be.

No double-booking anymore!
Please dont offer to book meeting rooms via Condeco if it doesnt work properly. Meaning it apparently isnt synchronizing correctly with the booking system - I got double-booked twice only today, let alone of the countless times that had happened to me before. I'd suggest to make meeting room bookings only possible via Outlook as long as this isnt being taken care of.

Dans l'interface avec outlook, si une réunion prévue avec des personnes à distance, on doit modifier le nombre de présents pour trouver les bonnes salles. Cependant, une fois la salle choisie, la nouvelle fenêtre reprend le nombre initial de personnes au lieu de reprendre le nombre de personnes précédemment modifié.
