departments needed for booking
Hy together,
first I want to say. the system works fine, it was easy to book my place.
Can we add other groups to the role / departement , e.g. "project member". Currently I choose the departement "IT" to be able to book. But I work in Kösching at the CARIAD project.

Find out who is in the office
How can we print a quick report on who is scheduled to be in the office on a certain day? When there is an emergency in the office (ie fire drill) we need to know quickly who is in the office. Is there a way to do this?

Bookings on other floors
On the floor I can book, when viewing the map you can quickly review who has booked in for the day. Can this feature be available when reviewing other floors on the day, currently it just shows the map without the status/bookings at each desk

Allow Individual Users to come into the office more than their Group's assigned quota
Able to change permissions so individual users can come into the office more than the quota set for their current Group.
Currently in Group Settings, you can allow for example 10 days PCM for a group to be in the office. When you want to change a user to be able to come into the office more than the 10 days PCM you cannot do this in user permissions, as the settings is weekly, and the 2 portals do not match. Desk - UI Options - Show booking grid to users
I suggest to have this feature disable or remove in group setting for desk and make it available either per Country or for Global (similar with meeting room). This feature should only to be shown for that specific location or Country if it is enabled. The current setting creates confusion from the end user.

I'm trying to book on behalf of someone else - Internal, and their name in the tool. Once it select "search" error comes up saying the person doesn't have permission to book - but he does! Is there a "help desk" for this trial?

Type of visitor entered on visitor form not properly proliferating to attendee type on meeting form
PROBLEM TO SOLVE - When a visitor request is made through the 'Advanced' form, and the 'Purpose of Visit' = 'Internal', and the visitor is attributed to a meeting, the visitor is correctly added to the meeting as an attendee, but is incorrectly marked as an 'External' attendee on the meeting request form. It should inherit the 'Purpose of Visit' value (or at least the pass type) from the visitor form.

Is there a way to request additional IT equipment when reserving a workspace?
A lot of visitors want additional equipment in addition to what is already provided at the workspace. Would like workflow to initiate that request and notify local IT while reserving the workspace.
