Navigate to previous/next days on Floorplan
In the section "persönlichen Bereich buchen" - when you can see the floor plan, it would be nice if one can scroll/navigate to the next or the previous days right there, so I dont always have to navigate back and forth.

Still having problems checking in. I can self certify but cannot checkin from the TODAY page. Eventually it will appear later in the morning. Your systems seem very slow!

Change check-in period or make it longer. My booking was cancelled today at 09:04 because I didn't checked in. I come to the office at 09:10.Sometimes I can come at 09:30. Maybe it make sense to specify at what time i will come or have longer period for checkin?

Group desks into functions
Group the desks into functions so that I may book a desk to sit with colleagues.
1 voteThis feature already exists using the function of “Business category” to group desks together. You can configure Business category from Application Setup > Meta admin, and then set each desk to a Business category from Application Setup > Resources.

Extend future bookings to a year
Shouldn't we be allowed to pick our allowed timeframe for future bookings? We plan out a year in most cases and would like to be able to book these items immediately rather than having to try to remember to do it 5 weeks before travel.

Booking seats on web portal
when booking on the web portal, its very difficult to see where the seat is on the floor plan, a list of free seats is good only if you know the seat number (could we label the pods by the team?). If you select the button to find on the floorplan, its really not easy to see the pointer for the seat you are trying to book, and the scroll bars make it difficult to navigate (unlike the phone app)

Finding seats on phone app
on the floor plan on the mobile app, when you hover over a seat that is already booked you cannot see the seat name, it would be useful to see the number even if its not free

booking desk system
when booking desks we should be able to book by using the floor plan and not just by the booking grids. its easier when looking at the floor plan you can see what's available and where, so if it was possible to click on the desk space and book like this it would make it alot easier.

Please enable the user to customize the landing page. I would find it very helpful to see previous and upcoming bookings and a quick entry mode window.

Period Bookings
Bookings for more than 2 consecutive days should be made easier with a calendar item that allows to go for 'from' and 'until'. Would simplify booking procedures a lot!
