Could you not incorporate the names of colleagues into the booking system so you can see who has booked each desk? Easier then searching for each individual person.

View floor plans after making a desk booking to see who else is in (and where to find them)
I work in an office over several floors. Before going in, I'd like to be able to see who else is likely to be around and where I can find them. This would make my time in the office much more productive. The "find a colleague" search is great, but I also want to just be able to browse the floor plan to see who else has booked on each floor - having booked a space on 2nd floor, now I cannot look at the 4th or 1st floor spaces!

Remove 'workspace name' field when searching for a meeting room
Remove the 'workspace name' field from the meeting room booking search. If not completed properly this causes an error and shows no available rooms! its pointless, if you are searching for a specific room there is already enough search functionality to allow for this.

Desk Bump too early
I only needed a desk for half a day but I got a message to say my desk had been bumped at just after 11 am when i wasn't due to arrive until 12. Can you please amend the time for bumping desks?

Keep Users Logged In
Update the software so that it doesn't log a user out and stays logged in. It takes too long to refresh, log in and get back to what you're trying to do.

Approval Process Flow
It would be extremely beneficial for an approved / not approved option within the visitor screen. We have a requirement for our admins to approve all visitors that attends all our sites. At the moment they have to email each host to notify them the visit has been approved. It would be great if there was a button that allows the admin to approve the visit. And then the host is notified of the approval via email from Condeco.

The floor option for 'All' has been removed from the month and week views.
This option is a requirement and needs to be returned.

Support when app not working
It's logged me out and i can't login back into my office desk booking, its jsut set me as a new user and no one from support is helping me. So a support button would be handy!

Notes in bookings and half day bookings
The ability to book a desk for a half day and the ability to add notes to your booking would be helpful. E.g you could note that you plan on being in during the second half of the day.

too short time for desk bump
Not happy that I only got 9 minutes to avoid a desk bump today - when I am assigned permanently to this desk in the office. I should not be asked to check in every day as the desk is my default as I work in the office all the time. NOT IMPRESSED.
