We are having issues with rooms that do not allow attendees to check in at the pad and so the room gets released. is there a way we could also check the room in at the outlook invite or at the advanced grid screen? i'm thinking a right click and hit "manual check in"?

Room booking improvement
On quick book can this be amended so that you can edit the time the room is required on the first pop up rather than having to go into the booking form. Our room grid is set to 5 minute slots but no colleague really books for just 5 minutes

Global setting for "users can book next week from"
In Condeco Group Administration section, specifically for desks, the default application setup says that the users can book from next week on Wednesday. This is configurable per location/group by an administrator. However, that requires administrator intervention for each new location / group, which is time consuming for a large organisation.
The request is to allow a different default to be set for an organisation (global setting rather than or in addition to group setting). Good morning, give the Administrators access to book the week in advance so that the key people in their team are able to get desks together to streamline work practices also travelling ARTC employees are able to be booked in advance to allow for prior communication, for example Phillip Campbell ARTC travels to Brisbane on a regular basis.

Rotate desk indicators 180°
Ability to have the screen orientation either matching the orientation of the hardware or to have it rotated 180 degrees.
This would allow for use of the desk indicator to be placed at the bottom of a desk OR at the top of the desk with a suitable orientation.

The idea behind this is to add a tab to a Team Channel so members can quickly see who in the Team has booked which desks and when. This could be as simple as a saved search with a dedicated URL to access.

Condeco Room Finder Calendar Issue
Condeco Room Finder Calendar does not allow calendar view, thereby User needs to make multiple clicks to move forward. The major limitation is that date is restricted to 7 days in advance and cannot move forward and the work around is to select a date on outlook calendar and refresh the addin to show up the rooms - This disturbs the User Journey. Do have this looked on Priority
