  2. Please add the possibilityto disable the displaying of meetings that are private on the wayfinder. Due to the fact that wayfinder is in most cases placed on a central position and used by guests it would be nicer, if those private meetings could be disabled. Private meetings are not interesting for guests, so they should not be visible on wayfinder

  3. During duplicate bookings user who looses get an error showing they already have a booking, it would be better to inform user that desk has already been booked by another user instead.

  5. Can we submit a photo from our Active Directory to appear in the user profile of the Condeco application? We have this with other SAS applications like Zoom. We would like something similar with Condeco.

  6. to install a new version of the Outlook Addin we need to first uninstall the previous version and then push the new version because your addin doesn't install with an update mode (while all other addin on outlook works with update mode, like Zoom, Teams...).
    Could you please work on an updatable mode for this addin?

  7. ability to add your very own desk in the profile, and use it as a default one. it will also help coworkers to know who owns the desk.

  10. If a person does not turn up and check into a desk then can the desk be reopened to be used by another person. at present if a booked desk is not checked into by 0900 it locks the desk under awaiting cleaning.
    this is a major issue as people are booking blocks of desks and not turning up which limits desk spaces for other wanting to come into the office. can a text be sent to the person that boks a seat if not checked into by 0900 and if no reply or a booking cancelation is received can…

  15. When booking a room via Outlookt, it takes a few minutes before the meeting will show up on the screen. If someone attempts to book the room on the screen during this period, the description of the error is generic.

    It would be great if this description will let the user know there is another booking already in the system and not currently drawn on the screen.

  17. is it possible to limit the booking duration by blocks for certain rooms? for example the Mother's room (pump room), I don't think its very fair for one person to book the entire room for the whole day and not allow someone else to use it.

  19. The system doesn't work. I booked in 1 week ago. Today I can't checkin at the desk via the desktop device. The app didn't know I had a booking and thought I was working from home. But when I tried to create a new booking it said an existing booking is present. The website knows I have a booking its working fine. Overall the solution is not working as expected.

  20. today page is not mobile friendly. it is blocking everything on screen. it'd be better to optional disabled or make [x] close button easier to close the page.
