The new Hourly Bookings function is currently not available on desktop displays. From our point of view, however, this function would be very valuable there in order to increase flexibility in workplace use.
For example, employees who only need a workstation for half an hour shortly before a meeting could see directly on the desk display which workstations are available and book them at short notice. This would also give people who are spontaneously looking for a space a quick overview, without workstations being blocked for an entire day even though they are only used for a short time.
We therefore believe that Hourly Bookings should also be available on the table displays to complete the range of functions and optimize the user experience.
