    This would be a valuable addition. Giving admins the ability to restrict who can book specific meeting rooms would improve governance, prevent misuse, and help ensure spaces are reserved for the right teams or compliance-sensitive meetings.     Tracking failed desk booking attempts would give organisations clear insight into unmet demand, helping workplace and real estate teams make more informed decisions about space allocation and capacity planning instead of relying solely on reservation data.
