Need a way to report users who aren't able to book a desk
Our open office environment is very saturated - 100% reserved on a regular basis with a number of people who wish to but can't reserve a desk. It'd be great if we could capture the number of people who are unable to get a desk. This could help drive our real estate team to manage the allocation of seats to different depts/teams based on demand

In real estate, missed bookings can mean missed property viewings, delayed inspections, and lost business opportunities. A reporting feature for users who are unable to book would help administrators identify recurring issues quickly, improve the booking process, and deliver a better experience for both agents and clients. Reliable booking systems are essential for efficient property management and customer satisfaction. Visit https://estateagentsilford.co.uk/

Tracking failed desk booking attempts would give organisations clear insight into unmet demand, helping workplace and real estate teams make more informed decisions about space allocation and capacity planning instead of relying solely on reservation data.

It can be difficult for administrators to know when users are unable to book a space, especially if no one reports the problem directly. Having a built-in way to identify or report affected users would make troubleshooting much faster and improve the overall user experience. It would also reduce support requests and help resolve permission or configuration issues more efficiently. I recently came across https://propertymanagementcompany.uk/, which also highlights how efficient management systems and clear reporting can improve day-to-day operations. Hopefully the teams considers adding this feature in a future update because it would be beneficial for both administrators and end users.

This would be a valuable enhancement. When users are unable to book a workspace, administrators often have no visibility into who was affected unless a support ticket is raised. A built-in report or log showing failed booking attempts, along with the reason for the failure, would make troubleshooting much faster and help identify recurring configuration or permission issues. Better reporting like this can significantly improve the overall workplace experience. We’ve seen similar improvements make a difference in other industries as well: https://realestateagentslondon.co.uk/
