This would be a valuable enhancement. When users are unable to book a workspace, administrators often have no visibility into who was affected unless a support ticket is raised. A built-in report or log showing failed booking attempts, along with the reason for the failure, would make troubleshooting much faster and help identify recurring configuration or permission issues. Better reporting like this can significantly improve the overall workplace experience. We’ve seen similar improvements make a difference in other industries as well: https://realestateagentslondon.co.uk/

I completely agree with this suggestion. A "View as User" feature would make it much easier for administrators to troubleshoot issues related to permissions, booking visibility, and user experience without having to log in as another account or rely on screenshots from end users. It would save time, reduce support requests, and help admins identify configuration problems much more efficiently. A secure, read-only preview mode would be an excellent addition to the platform.
I agree with this suggestion. When booking recurring meetings, I'd much rather keep the same room whenever possible and simply skip dates where it's unavailable instead of being prompted to choose alternative rooms each time. A "Skip conflicting dates" option would make the workflow much smoother and save a lot of unnecessary clicks.
By the way, I run a gaming website at https://ziperto.app/, so I'm always interested in seeing how different platforms improve their user experience. Small workflow enhancements like this can make a big difference.
