Improve the Floor Plan Graphics in Archibus Web Central
After the Archibus upgrade, the floor plans are harder to read in Archibus Web Central. The older version allowed us to move all of the white room polylines to be underneath all of the AutoCAD layers, but the upgraded version does not. It would be great if this issue can be fixed. The attached shows how confusing the white polylines can be when they are on top of all of the CAD layers. You cannot tell where the solid walls are.

Room names in view and print floor plans
It would be great to have the room names available as labels in the View and Print floor plan.

Add 360-photos to Space
Currently the capability is there through the Work Order System, but it's not available to space without a customization.

Move Scenario drawing viewer
Update the drawing viewer in Move Scenario Planner to use common drawing control and tools - similar to space console.
In fact, all drawing viewers should be updated to use a common drawing controller vs. one-offs from each other.

List Work Request IDs on Actions in Moves Console
Please add the work request ID onto actions created through the moves console (when generate service request is checked off) and if possible add the move's code to the work request that is created.
Ideally the two would be linked so that when you click on the work request id in the moves console, it would pull up the work request in a pop-up window the way that linked work requests do. Similarly it would be use full to have something similar happen when the move code id is selected in the related work request.
This helps cross reference the…

Limitations for PDF Exports in Space Console and View and Print Floor Plan
The basic Export PDF option in Space Console will only work if the drawing is under a particular size and has fewer than 400 rooms. Unfortunately, this issue affects both 'Space Console' and 'View and Print Floor Plan.' The workaround for both views is to use the 'Export Floor Plans in Floors List to PDF' option (in Space Console). 'View and Print Floor Plan,' which is a view used more frequently and designed for the general user, poses a challenge for users who don't have access to Space Console and only have access to 'View and Print Floor Plan.' For…

Emergency Preparedness to include campus map that can be marked up.
Would like ways for the Emergency Teams to identify that they are at a location or a building has been cleared. And for that to be indicated on a map.
Better ways to identify the damage to a room and the repair status. (This may be done with the work order system, but it's not clear)2 votes -
Mobile for Space & Emergency Preparedness
We are looking for a way to simply pull up highlighted floorplans and see the details (rmcat, dv, dp, area, employee (primary and secondary assignments) and pictures we have attached to the rooms. We do not need to mark up but ideally we could select the building off a map or from the list. We do not need surveys, but would like to be able to apply the security roles to the mobile app.

Adjust label text in charts to white when against dark background
When using standard charts in Web Central (ex: Allocation and Benchmark Report) if the highlight color is dark the label text should format to white automatically. Otherwise it may be unreadable.

In the space console 2 different user defined fields have the same highlight color
When creating user-defined fields, there are instances where two colors with similar shades are generated for different fields (see attached picture). According to the documentation, the highlight color is chosen randomly. I believe there should be an option to manually adjust these colors in case two very similar ones are used.

Allow to Choose Which Room Types are Highlighted and Included when looking for vacancies
For higher ed, all assignable space appears as occupiable, but that does not mean that it would be assigned an occupant.
We need a way to identify what room types should be included in the calculation for employee capacity and included in the highlights for occupancy/vacancy. And/Or
A way to identify what types of spaces we want to show on the highlights for occupancy.
For example, we would typically only assign employees to research labs or offices. We need those spaces to show up as available, not a conference room, classroom, or file room. However, all these roomtypes need to…

PDF Export displays Highlight or Border Highlight legend but not both
In the Space Console, choosing a Highlight with no Border Highlight and then performing a PDF Export will display only the Highlight in the Legend. Choosing Border Highlights with no Highlight will display only Border Highlights in the Legend. If both are chosen, only the Highlight legend will be displayed in the PDF Export. Both legends should be displayed in this case.

Application parameter to control Filters applied on Load of the Space Console
Application parameter to control Filters applied on Initial Load of the Space Console for SaaS clients.
Just as the AbSpaceRoomInventoryBAR-SpaceConsoleDefaultLayers application parameter allows a system administrator to control which layers it's users see by default, it would be beneficial for SaaS users to allow them to set which filters are applied by default for their users.
For example, if they want to toggle on the 'Selected Floors Only' filter by default, if they don't want to have to spend too much time training casual users of the Space Console.
Or toggle it on by default if they're doing a lot…

Hide the Labels in Space Console when Using Hide Labels
In v24.1, it was possible to create a "None" label that hid all of the label text on a drawing. In newer versions of Archibus, there's a "Hide Labels" feature, but labels always show the room code. Can the old functionality from v24.1 be restored in new versions of Archibus, so labels properly reflect their data sources?

Parameter for Label(s) in Space Console
While I know it can be manually adjusted, for simplicity and control in SaaS installations, it would be handy to have an application parameter that will control which Labels will show by default in the Space Console and floor plan views.
Having the layer control AbSpaceRoomInventoryBAR-SpaceConsoleDefaultLayers application parameter is great, just for the reason that the clients want to control what their users see when they pull up a floor plan.
Being able to easily mandate which Label shows up on initial load would be similarly useful.
