Allow user to add comment for booking cancellation
In either Workplace or Review Bookings (ab-ht-booking-review.axvw), allow the one making the cancellation to enter a reason for why the booking is being cancelled.
It could be either from an administrator, from a team lead, booking requestor, or the one being booked for.
Reasons can vary from any number of reasons. Examples could be, "the room is no longer needed", "the floor will be undergoing renovations at that time", "the space is required for a special event", "the room was booked in error", "staff member X booked a desk for me, but I want to use a different desk".

Coworker Names in map view
In the map view when booking a space I always need to check the grays squares manuall who is sitting where. I would like to see the names always inside or close to the booked spaced. last name + first letter first name should be enough.

Maintenance Console – Option to filter work requests by 'Verified' status
Reorder the list of 'Completed' work requests via the maintenance console to place transactions with pending verification steps at the top, enabling users to view and prioritize tasks more efficiently
Allow users to apply advanced filters to completed work requests in the maintenance console, specifically to view only those already verified by the maintenance supervisor

google chat
It would be a great idea to integrate G-Chat. Rather than using emails for notifications, to send a ping or notification via Google Chat would be a great option.

Connectors - Ability to stop/kill connector run
When setting up connectors with large files, if there are issues w/ data in the file or the setup of the connector, we have to wait until the connector completes. Sometimes this can take a REALLY long time.
It would be nice to be able to stop the connector process so that adjustments can be made to the connector config OR to the file that is being loaded.

Adding assets through Space Console floorplans
I add equipment to floorplan via Space Console, if I have a job for that particular piece of equipment on onsite app, I only want that shown on floorplan, not all equipment, there are too many assets/equipment in one location making it harder to locate.

Allow adding resources to a reservation via Outlook web add-in
Add a button to edit reservation details and add resources in the Outlook web add-in.
This button can be a direct link to a Web Central view of the room reservation for the current meeting, which displays some general info about the reservation (reservation code), and grids showing the reserved resources (catering and others), with the option to add / remove resources.

Service Console - Allow all service steps to be performed
Service Console would be much more useful if users were able to action the service reqeusts similar to the individual links in Business Manager (Approve with ability to edit date field for assignment) and Service Provider (Accept/Decline, Issue/Complete - including adding est hours/cost and final hours/cost )

Easement Property Rights Integration/Module
The current Real Property application and schema structure allows for a very rigid 1-for-1 parent to child relationship, and only accounts for "Owned" or "Leased" property rights.
One critical element missing in the structure of Archibus is the ability to track Easement rights that are afforded to a company, especially where the company is primarily focused on infrastructure and utilities.
The attached images shows the complicated structure of easements required, in that a property records may have multiple easements located on different parts of it, and at the same time, one easement may span over multiple properties with numerous parties…

Generate multiple area boundaries (Gross Exterior Areas) for publishing to Archibus
In the Smart Client Extension for Revit, only one boundary is currently allowed for gross area per floor. However, in my case, there is a building with separated areas on higher levels that cannot be combined into a single gross area.
I recommend allowing users to generate multiple area boundaries (Gross Exterior Areas) for publishing to ARCHIBUS. This flexibility would better accommodate complex building layouts.

Provide a user voice accessibility option for booking workspace or accessible default landing page view
Accessibility is a requirement for my agency and the end user/workplace landing page can be difficult for those with limited sight to view. Furthermore, booking a space through the CAD drawing view, is near impossible with those with sight issues. A default view would be helpful if a voice command option is not.

Emergency Preparedness to include campus map that can be marked up.
Would like ways for the Emergency Teams to identify that they are at a location or a building has been cleared. And for that to be indicated on a map.

Mobile for Space & Emergency Preparedness
We are looking for a way to simply pull up highlighted floorplans and see the details (rmcat, dv, dp, area, employee (primary and secondary assignments) and pictures we have attached to the rooms. We do not need to mark up but ideally we could select the building off a map or from the list. We do not need surveys, but would like to be able to apply the security roles to the mobile app.

Allow to Choose Which Room Types are Highlighted and Included when looking for vacancies
For higher ed, all assignable space appears as occupiable, but that does not mean that it would be assigned an occupant.
We need a way to identify what room types should be included in the calculation for employee capacity and included in the highlights for occupancy/vacancy. And/Or
A way to identify what types of spaces we want to show on the highlights for occupancy.
For example, we would typically only assign employees to research labs or offices. We need those spaces to show up as available, not a conference room, classroom, or file room. However, all these roomtypes need to…

Tie Maintenance costs into the cost module so that they can be tracked against Invoices and payments. I believe this is the case for project costs currently.

Foundations Service Desk Integration for Move Actions
My client has foundations, and space. We're implementing move management and have discovered that the Move Actions option 'Generate Work Request?' does not actually generate any records in the Service Console.
These standard options are very misleading to clients, who are expecting their teams to be notified of work, and have a place to manage it.
A simple move workflow should be out of the box with the Space license. So that those Move Actions can be managed in a simple way.
(Full blown Service Desk or Maintenance Module would be overkill for managing the actions associated with moves.)
