  1. The support for Internet Explorer was removed for some later point releases of V24.* and then in V25.1. There's some good cases why it should be brought back.

    With everyone now staying at home working for the most part and most organizations have also switched to Microsoft Teams. Teams gives people a chance to create a channel and add a tab for example the URL/website tab.   2. Morning - parameter (start time and end time)
    Afternoon - parameter (start time and end time)
    This will allow or enable a gap between Morning and Afternoon for Cleaning, Sanitization, or refreshing or bookable rooms.

  3. A number of use cases have come up to consider for future phases of the Archibus-Serraview integration

    Phase 1A:

    Most important is to enable agile workplace management in Serraview, through the use of the VBS. Syncing back to Archibus at a minimum involves department allocation to rooms, room category assignments, and people located to floors (as the lowest common element).

  4. OTB fills in the current occupancy. A move scenario often starts with no occupancy. It would be good to have an option to clear the floor or a selected set of rooms for the scenario.

  5. Currently, if you have registered multiple CAD drawings for a floor, every form in Archibus will properly display the correct CAD drawing when viewing that floor except Workplace.

    Space Console, for example, will review the Rooms table to confirm which drawing is connected to the rooms on a floor, and then display the SVG associated with that drawing.

    Workplace queries the drawings table to retrieve a list of drawings associated with a floor, and then tries to display the SVG associated with the first drawing retrieved in the query.

  7. Part management

    There is a need to identify the difference between reserved (on shelf) and reserved on a job (Not on shelf). There is a big problem tracking stock that is assigned to a job and the part changes from available to reserved. This is not being update when the cf collects it from the shelf, until the job is complete, but this could be a while.   8. Reservations calendar console - My Reservations - minifilter requires english value "Cancelled" instead of german "Storniert".

    The mini console search doesn’t reflect localized terms as expected. Based on our current system behavior, the search functionality uses English keywords by default, regardless of the selected locale.

    For software used internationally, it's essential to adapt languages ​​consistently. It must be configurable, not hard-coded.

  9. While filling the checklist in the Onsite App, there is no "." decimal button to add point places.

    Example :
    In the Onsite App, I have a work Request assigned to a technician and he has to fill the checklist.

    While filling the checklist, there is a number field where he need to input the reading of the pressure of a equipment.

    The meter reading value is "34.21"
    In the above value, the user is only able to input 34 value in the number field and there is no point / decimal (".") button in the number keypad.

  10. Our client is leveraging SSO with MFA, specifically using a hardware security key (YubiKey) for mobile authentication. We are able to verify that this works on a mobile phone using the web browser on the mobile phone (e.g. Chrome and Safari). However, when trying to login to the Mobile App - Mobile Framework 4.0 and Workplace, the MFA is not recognized.

    This is because the Archibus browser used within the mobile app does not support webauthn, which is the technology that allows users to log into a wbsite using a hardware security key.

  11. Problem:
    When you create an issue report linked to a preventive maintenance (PM) ticket, the relationship is visible in the system (e.g., in the "Related Requests" section of the ticket search screen).
    However, in the database, the PM ticket doesn’t show the issue report’s information (i.e., no backlink). Only the issue report contains the PM ticket's reference (parentwrid field).

    Where Data is Stored:
    For active tickets, the information is in the wr table.
    For completed tickets, it’s in the hwr table, specifically in the parentwrid field.

  12. We are experiencing an issue with the Maintenance Survey Report in our system. Specifically, we are unable to determine when each individual checklist item was entered. This makes it challenging to track and verify the timing of data entries for our maintenance activities.

    Issue Details:
    Desired Screen: Maintenance Survey Report.
    Current Problem: The report does not display the input time for each individual checklist item.
    Our Request: We would like the input time for each checklist item to be displayed in the Maintenance Survey Report, similar to how it appears in Report Central.

  13. In the Maintenance Console, it would be nice to have the ability to save filters.
    OOTB, they are saved in the recent filters but it has 2 drawbacks: 1. there is a limit in term of the number of filter saved that way. 2. they disappear when users clear their cache (which happens every time there is a new deployment).

  16. In Maintenance Console when I open a WR that has 3 priority P2, P4 and P5 (with default priority being P2) and I changed its priority from P2 to P5, then in the activities of the WR, I see that I changed the priority from 1 to 3, which are the order of the priorities, not their label.

    It would be better to display the label, e.g. Changed Priority from P2 to P5.

  17. For PMs that need to be completed within the month they are created, there is no way to specify "last day of the month" as the Due Date. Since the number of days in the month varies, some months the 30 day due date works and the date due is the last day, but and in other months, its the 1st of the next month.

  19. The Save button disappears as the user scrolls down through data entry views. Users often click the button in the lower right-hand corner without reading it - it is a CLOSE button. This causes the user to lose their work.

  20. More and more customers & prospects are asking to benefit from lists from the home page (something the competition does btw).

    That is, being able to have widgets showing the last 10 work requests, or the new lease contracts, etc.

    We should be able to choose fields to display and each line could be clicked and redirect to a prefiltered console (maintenance console or wr detail page, or lease detail page, etc).

    Also, the data could be filtered according to the user (incl. VPA), opening possibilies for "My requests" kind of list.
