Pause On Hold Application Parameter
The current "PauseEscalationsforOnHoldWork" application parameter is pausing the escalations by “stopping the SLA clock” when set to '1'. This is useful for different client requirements, but some clients have different scenarios within the same environment so the global setting will not work e.g. an emergency cannot, but a routine task can be paused. We, therefore, recommend that this setting be managed on SLA level if possible. This will provide additional system flexibility.

Problems to approve a parts estimation (Status: Issued and in progress)
In the corrective maintenence module, when a work request is created and the craftperson has to estimate the parts he will use, the system allows a supervisor to approve the parts estimation as long as the requests status is "assined to work order", if the request status changes to "Issued and in Process", then one cannot estimate parts, nor approve the estimation by a supervisor. The only action allowed is to add used parts by the craftperson. So, as a supervisor, it's hard to control and approve the material or parts needed according to their criteria. Now, what we think…

Alert /metric notifications to 'find' a user to notify instead of identify the exact user to notify
The ability for metrics to send notification is a good thing but it's very cumberstone to manage since the administrator has to pick and choose who exactly is to be notified when a trigger is met. It would be more efficient for the system to have the ability to use SQL statements to find emails based on a criteria. For example the following types of notifications would really benefit in these use cases:
- Project team notification use case - setup a SQL statement to find emails from the team table where it's tied to a project met in the metric…

Project Management - Team tab to have UDFs for Stakeholder Registration
The Project Management console has a team tab which is pretty good in general to add people to the team, where it's missing functionality is to have additional fields to track the stakeholder registration. Aside from the role, the additional stakeholder fields are:
* Influence/Power level - their ability to cast decisions on the project
* Interest Level - their value to the project
* Support level - their ability to support activities
* RACI concepts of Responsible level, Informed Level etc.
* Function - what they are actually doing
* Expectation - what their focus is

Availability of Reference Documents to additional areas in the product
The Reference Document view has ability to associate to areas such as Project type or activity types already so it should be a quick win to add in features such as:
1. in Project Management, automated documents from the reference library can be attached to the project based on project type
2. In project management, while adding action items to the project, users can select a type (ie maybe a safety assessment action) and the action level shows reference documents associated to that action.

AutoCAD Clear Highlight option to choose labels or highlights versus both
When the Clear Highlight command is run, both Labels and Highlights are cleared even if the labels are on a layer layer not named -TMP. In the past, employee names that were populated as part of the afm_occup and placed on the layer TX-EMP and NOT TMP layer remained intact after the clear highlights was run, now the names are disappearing.
I was told the previous behavior was actually a bug, but this functionality, or at least an option to keep labels or highlights and not remove both is useful. For example - do not want to repeat the entire…4 votes -
Do not show Create Request in QR for rooms (configurable)
You should be able to hide the service request button (and recent service request) from the QR for spaces.
In this case, the spaces are being used for Hoteling so the service request button should not be visible if you configure it that way through application parameters.4 votes -
Live tracking for jobs in progress
As it stands, I have to sit at my house the whole time-frame in which a maintenance is expected to come, which is from 9AM to 9PM, without knowing whether anyone is coming, has come by and I've missed them, or even intends to come by today. The result is that I end having an unnecessarily wasted day.

Space Console Select Border Highlight on initialSvgDrawingCtrl
Please allow a way for the Space Console, and other views that can display a drawing, to automatically select a border highlight as soon as the drawingController is defined (please see attached screenshot). Border highlights are highly used and we would like to be able to show a specific border highlight on drawing load instead of having to either manually select it after a drawing is loaded or think of workarounds on the JavaScript code.

EZ hatch. Love this senior add on to ARCHIBUS - it runs through AutoCAD and provides the ability to filter, hatch and define great output. This output can run through the evening through microsoft scheduler.

Workplace - Search using a combination of words
The search function is not robust enough to search a combination of words that are in 2 areas (i.e. Computer Lab; Room Category: Computer and Room Type: Lab) hence not being able to search through staff’s first and last name.

Ability to add to the standard work request fields in the maint. console
In the maintenance console you have to option to add additional work request fields to the standard console view. We feel this is a essential function for our work planners to see a bit more info of each request without have to open the request itself. But everyone one needs to add these and not everybody remembers or adds the ones we recommend, and we have to re add them each browser session we open.
Could there not be an app. parameter (or thing of the like) where we can set the fields we want to appear for each user…

Compliance Room Lookup
In the Assign Location to Compliance view the Rooms lookup does not show Room name or Room Type/Category. This makes it very difficult to select the room that need to be assigned. An example would be selecting all WC to create cleaning schedules.

Commas in a file name
We ask the possibility to remove the commas in a file name automatically when a user uploads a new document with commas in the file name or the possibility to implement a check to avoid the uploading of a file containing comma/s in its name.

We are able to remove this option from web central, however, there does not appear to be a way to remove it from Workplace. It would be nice if ARCHIBUS could add an app parameter, AbEssentialFacility.GuestAccountPermitted, similar to AbSystemAdministration.GuestAccountPermitted

Too many CANCEL buttons
On the screen where users can see their workplace bookings or their meeting room reservations there are 3 cancel buttons: to cancel an individual booking, to cancel the whole series, and on the top right corner of the screen there is another cancel button to leave the screen. Better rename the latter button to "Home" for example.

Occupancy Plan: new grouping information in the drawing
In a view named "Occupancy Plan", a user displays in the drawing of a selected floor, the list of Employees and their Section Codes on each Room. The information are displayed as Employee 1, Employee 2, Section Code 1, Section Code 2. User prefers to have the information grouped together as Employee 1, Section Code 1, Employee 2, Section Code 2, is there a way?

Chat assistance function
Right now the only way that a "Guest" that has Arhibus access to be able to submit in a follow up inquiry is by our office creating an independent email account that they can submit in a question to - such as status of my work request. Our guests have to go through a secure sign on in order to be able to access the Archibus work request platform.
With the integration of Microsoft Teams in our Hospital, would there be a functionality to create an instant chat function for our service desk to respond to instant message requests?
