2. Enable Support for Trusted Self-Signed HTTPS Certificates

   We’d like to request that the OnSite application support HTTPS certificates that are self-signed or issued by internal certificate authorities, provided they are trusted by the operating system.
   This would improve compatibility with secure enterprise environments, especially those using MDM solutions and corporate VPNs.
   A local patch had previously resolved this issue successfully, and we’d appreciate if this capability could be officially integrated in a future release.

3. Select fields and paging in Lease Portfolio Console

4. Enhanced Reporting

   One of our customers has outlined several reporting needs that do not appear to be addressed by the current OTB Reservations reports. We’d like to propose the following enhancements for consideration in a future version of the application:

   Utilization Analysis of Underused Spaces - The ability to report on spaces that are never—or rarely—reserved. This would help identify potential issues such as missing equipment or other factors impacting the space’s desirability, enabling deeper analysis and informed improvements.

   Enhanced Check-In/Check-Out Reporting - For example: A comparison report showing check-in/check-out times versus scheduled reservation times. And visibility into which user/spaces are utilizing the check-in/check-out feature, and which are not.

   Employee Reservation Patterns - A report that highlights employees who consistently reserve the same workspace. Our customer aims to encourage broader collaboration across departments. Identifying patterns where individuals are repeatedly seated near the same colleagues would support efforts to foster a more dynamic and interconnected work environment.

5. Non-Asset text to remain on assigned CAD layer and not lumped into one TEXT layer when publishing to Space Console

   Clients would like to see some non-asset text in Space Console for Exporting to PDFs. However, they do not want to see all notes, references and other non-asset text. Assigning all text to one layer limits the purpose of exporting the space console drawing to PDFs.

   Allowing for text to remain on their CAD-assigned layer will allow customers to cut down on the number of drawing files to maintain and help in promoting Exporting to PDF

6. BIM Viewer - Highlighting Rooms Across Floors

   I would like to enable the BIM Viewer to highlight rooms that span across different floors.

   Currently, the BIM Viewer is designed to highlight only rooms on the same floor. However, we have received user requests to support highlighting rooms located on different floors as well.

   This feature would be particularly useful for cross-sectional comparison and visualization of rooms that belong to the same category or type, thereby enhancing usability.

   Starting from version 2024.04, it has become possible to highlight rooms on different floors when launching the BIM Viewer via the "Show in BIM Viewer" icon added to the Space Console.

   Therefore, I would like to make the same highlighting functionality available directly from within the BIM Viewer as well.

7. Workplace Dashboard configuration

   Right now if the Book meeting space function is turned on the option to use it is available for all buildings on the Workplace dashboard even if they have no meeting rooms defined and marked as reservable. Is it possible to get the system to only display this function on the workplace dashboard if the building selected has defines meeting room spaces. If not the the Book meeting rooms option would not be available on the workplace dashboard.
   This should also apply to Booking workspaces.

8. Issue with Reading Checklist After Offline Data Download

   Description:
   We are experiencing an issue when attempting to open checklists after downloading offline data in the OnSite application. Although the offline data appears to download successfully, the system shows a delay or fails to read the data properly when we try to open the checklist.

   From our observation, it seems like the app is not fetching the newly downloaded data and instead continues trying to retrieve older or cached data. This results in slower performance or failure to load checklists as expected.

   However, when the application is opened in true offline (airplane) mode, the checklist opens quickly — suggesting that the offline data is actually available locally, but is not being accessed properly under standard offline conditions.

   Steps to Reproduce:
   Download checklist data while online.
   Switch to offline mode.
   Attempt to open the checklist.
   App delays or fails to read the downloaded data.

   Expected Behavior: Checklists should load immediately using the downloaded offline data without attempting any further data retrieval.

9. Maintenance Console

   Maintenance Console
   The ability to unassign and reassign a craftsperson when Work Requests (WR) are in ‘Issued and in Process’ status.

   Context
   For efficiency, the organisation uses the bulk functions to move work requests from ‘Assign to work order’ to ‘Issued in process’. It is very effective in the PM space, where selective craftspersons do preventive maintenance checks/work. However, once it is assigned no means to manage assignments in bulk.

   Use cases:
   1) When a craftsperson leaves the organisation, changes roles, or moves somewhere else, there is no means to reassign issued WR to another person in bulk. The substitute functionality cannot be used in these cases as it does not flow through to Onsite (Confirmed by Eptura).
   2) The feature will also be used when a bulk issue occurs, and a person is not scheduled.
   3) The feature also needs to enable the completion of a WR for a craftsperson in case work has started and time is logged against the WR for a craftsperson.

   Success criteria:
   1) Select multiple records and unassign a craftsperson linked to the work request. The system should force the user to reassign.
   2) Select multiple records and unassign a craftsperson and reassign to one or more craftsperson
   3) Select multiple unassigned records and assign one or more craftspersons
   4) Select multiple assigned records and assign additional craftspersons
   5) Select multiple records and complete the assignment where the craftsperson to be unassigned has already logged time.
   6) Unassign or assignments through these actions should be reflected in ONSITE against a craftsperson’s ‘My Work’ when unassign or reassignments occur.

   Maintenance Console

10. Expand room arrangement details to support user in selecting an appropriate space to book

    When a user is trying to find a meeting space, they can filter the available rooms by type, use and arrangement. It would be useful to include more information like:
    - approvals required, offering a choice of configuration / arrangement options where a room has multiple options, etc

12. Projects - Route for Approval - Unable to Edit Approving Manager(s)

    In Projects, once a project has been created and then requested, it then needs to be routed for approval. Once an employee has been selected as an approving manager, it is up to that employee to approve or reject it, or else it is stuck in that state.

    If that employee is unavailable for whatever reason (left the organization, no longer in the same role, on vacation, or hit by a bus), that project can not be actioned on.

    I can think of a few solutions to this,

    1. Provide a function like Assign Substitutes like in the Maintenance and Service Desk modules.
    2. Provide a task/view in the Projects' Approve process that will allow editing of the approving manager(s) after a certain number of days as specified in an application parameter.
    3. Provide a task/view in the Projects' Approve process that will allow editing of the approving manager(s) as long as none of them have approved it yet.

    In Projects, once a project has been created and then requested, it then needs to be routed for approval. Once an employee has been selected as an approving manager, it is up to that employee to approve or reject it, or else it is stuck in that state.

    If that employee is unavailable for whatever reason (left the organization, no longer in the same role, on vacation, or hit by a bus), that project can not be actioned on.

    I can think of a few solutions to this,

13. Enable SLO (Single Log Out) setting in Smart Client

    This is a request for SLO (Single Log Out) to be implemented in Smart Client.

    In an environment where SSO (Single Sign On) is implemented, even if users log out of Archibus, if they have not logged out of IdP (Microsoft Entra, Okta, etc.), they can log in without re-authentication.
    However, some clients require re-authentication after logging out of Archibus due to their security policies. Therefore, it is necessary to set it so that you are also logged out of the IdP when you log out of Archibus. This is known as SLO, stands for Single Log Out.

    In general, users accesses the URL for SLO provided by the IdP and then can log out of the IdP too.

    For Web Central, I was able to implement SLO by changing the program so that it would access the above URL after logging out of Archibus. However, Smart Client does not allow to make the above changes and I cannot implement SLO in Smart Client.

    The method above is just one example, but I would like to be able to implement SLOs in Smart Client as well. This is because it is a security issue, and it is very important for clients when using the system.

    This is a request for SLO (Single Log Out) to be implemented in Smart Client.

15. Work Request Checklist Order and Checklist Question Order should be in sync in Maintenance Survey Report Screen.

    Whenever a user opens the "Maintenance Survey Report", the system automatically sorts the content based on the "Checklist" column by default.

    Issue:
    Due to this default sorting behavior, multiple checklists within a single Work Request appear disorganized and out of order, making it difficult to follow a logical sequence. However, the order of questions within each checklist remains intact.

    Required Fix:
    To ensure that both the checklists and their respective questions are displayed in a structured manner, we need the following functionality implemented on this screen:

    When the Maintenance Survey Report is loaded, the view should automatically sort the data by "Work Request Code" instead of the "Checklist" column.
    If a Work Request contains multiple checklists, all the questions within those checklists should also be displayed in the correct sequence.
    To illustrate the issue clearly, please find the attached video and screenshots, where:

    The checklist order within Work Requests is out of sync.
    The questions within checklists are also appearing in an incorrect sequence.
    Implementing this change will ensure that the Work Request and its corresponding checklists and questions follow the correct order, improving usability and readability.

17. Add Time Zone remark for the Log time in Work Request

    Currently, if an administrator or supervisor wants to view more details about a work request's history, the log time is displayed in the building's local time, not the user's time. There are no Notes or Notices to display what the time zone is. This can be quite confusing as the time zone information is not on the same page.

20. Bulk Export of Equipment Data from Equipment System Console

    We are experiencing an issue when attempting to export equipment information in bulk from the Equipment System Console. It appears that there is a limit of 103 items, and we are unable to export more than this number. We regularly need to export equipment data across all sites, so it's important for us to resolve this limitation.

    We are curious about the system's structure regarding data export:
    In the Equipment Registration/Edit screen, we are able to export all equipment data without any limitations.
    However, in the Equipment System Console, we are unable to do so.
    Could you please explain why it's possible to export all data in the Equipment Registration/Edit screen but not in the Equipment System Console?

    Our Request:
