  1. It would be good to be able to trigger an SLA based on the Room Category/Type.

    Use Case: if the WR is located in a lab (Room Type), I want a specific SLA to be used (one that notify the Lab Manager or require some approvals, for example).

  2. Is it possible to auto-select the “Early Morning (from 12:00am to 7:30am)” priority when the time requested falls under the 12:00am to 7:30am service window?

  3. Add Division and Department at Floor, Building and Site and poss. This would allow a true mix and match at all levels for reporting. as an example the Site may be completely allocates to one department/division. except on floor of building A or even on room in building A. These can then be used as an exception instead of having to allocate division and department data to all rooms in the building.

  4. Link CF calendar/availability to PM forecast. Currently when CF is in leave and a PM is forecast the SLA/Forecast does not look at the Calander to calculate due date. Put option in SLA to take into consideration the CF calendar eve n though the PM may be a fixed PM

  5. Web Central Drawings to hide circulation space numbering. The numbering of circulation spaces on most floor plans is confusing for users and muddies up the drawings. This text should be removed from the floor plans.

    Our circulation spaces are identified through the Room type
    * Hide Room Code (rm.rmid) for any circulation rooms (rm.rmtype LIKE %CIRC%)

  6. Enhance workplace portal/ reservations to use AI to notify and help plan the day for a user. Notify staff when colleagues are coming to the office, help reserve their favorite hotel, look at their schedule to see if they need a meeting space and help choose one with the appropriate size (local vs remote participants) and distance and typical preferred tech. This could also prompt after a hotel or room usage to see if everything worked properly or if a ticket needs to be opened.

  7. As a user, I do not want the entries in the mini filter of the "Select-Value" view to be automatically placed in quotation marks. The behavior occurs when the user makes an entry in a field and then clicks on "Select-Value". For example, in project.dept_contact. The automatic setting of an entry in quotation marks causes Archibus to search for the exact entry in the "Select-Value" view, which often leads to no results. It would be more user-friendly if the quotation marks were removed here.

  8. When searching for an employee, Archibus only shows exact matches. Therefore, if someone is searching for an employee who is programmed in Archibus with a middle name, they will not appear in the results and it is unlikely the person searching would know their middle name. Improving the search results to show close matches vs. exact would be helpful.

  9. When searching for an employee, Archibus only looks for exact name matches. Therefore, if someone is looking for an employee that has a middle name programmed in Archibus they won't show up in the results since it is unlikely the person searching would know their middle name. Improving the search function to show names that are close would be helpful vs. an exact match.

  11. The "Building Button" in the BIM VIEWER is not consistent. It roots the users to the entire RVT file.

    It runs well only when using the ARCHIBUS ACC BUCKET but does not works when using the CUSTOMER private ACC.

    The button should :

    1) Show only a specific published SET.
    2) The PUBLISHING SET should be parametered at least in afm_actvity, as best by USER ROLE in order to manage who can view what.
    3) The latest published version.

  12. Can we prevent Workplace users from attaching files that are too large or unacceptable file formats? Or at least add some sort of warning.

    Currently, if a user attaches a file that is too large or an unaccepted type, Workplace Portal still processes it. So, to the user, it looks like the request went through. However, it will be shown without a Maintenance work request code and the status will be "Created". The user is unable to do anything with the request and system administrators are unable to see it.

    I would like to define a Asset Attribut with an list of predefined values :
    - enumeration list
    - value by default = first value
    - multilingual

    Add others parameters
    - Type of response : Char / integer / number
    - allow to be null : Yes/No
    - display order : Number

    If number
    minimum value allowed : 0
    Maximum value allowed : 100

  15. The default subject (reserve.reservation_name) size of the meeting in ARCHIBUS is 64 and MS Outlook can go up to 255 characters. Syncing from Exchange to ARCHIBUS return a 'truncated' error when a subject is more than 64 characters. Best will be to allign the out-of-box ARCHIBUS field size with MS Outlook to prevent this syncing error. Aslo, the hreserve table.

  18. Dear Team,
    While accessing Track Incident we found some Issue. Where if we load Track incident and didn't use it for 15 minutes or while session time out and open new tab in browser and logged in Archibus and go back to Track Incident tab in browser and select any Incident which is having documentation it will not show instead it shows blank rows.Please follow below step to reproduce it.

    1. Login as AFM

    2. Go to <Track Incidents>1. Load track incident view filter it with incident id which is having doc and do not click on incident id.

    3. Wait for session…

  19. When a user wants to book a workstation in Workspace but no workstations are available that meet the selected criteria, the on-screen message reads "Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor".
    This is misleading, as the the “Maximum Capacity is reached for this floor” message should be displayed only when the Capacity Target for the floor has been reached or exceeded.

    The message should be reworded to read "No Workstations that meet search criteria are available". This way, the user is guided to edit search criteria, instead of being informed that the Maximum Capacity for the floor is reached when…

  20. Archibus should allow the creation of status in the configuration and a way to map process (approve, estimate, plan) to status. We found out that the number of status is limited if you want to track specific questions such as:
    - differentiate between request that are waiting for planning that the one being planned
    - differentiate between request waiting to be processed by a craft and a request being processed, a request processed but not verified by the supervisor

    Also we have custom needs for billing and there is no way to create a status for this.
