CSV Report Format
In 3.0 the option to download report in CSV format is missing.
For a further work and processing reports in CSV format are required. Would be very helpful if you would bring back the option in report downloading.43 votesThis feature is now live in Serraview

Save report parameters when you navigate away
When entering report parameters, you sometimes navigate to other modules or reports. I would like parameters to be saved so I don't have to re-enter it every time.

Can't clear reports from queue once run
Once reports have been run, there's no way to remove them from the top right recently run reports panel. This gets frustrating when you need to run lots of reports and can't tell which is which. It even stays between sessions.

An enhancement has been delivered to Serraview which enables you to clear your list of recently run reports, or configure it to automatically clear after a period of time.

Space Photos: reporting needed
Currently there is an option to add photos into Spaces. This is helpful for the end user
However, there isn't any reporting that tells us what spaces have photos added. Without reporting, there's no way to keep these photos updated as sites go under renovation.
- we have no idea what spaces have photos
- we have no idea how old those photos are, unless someone was kind enough to include that in their file name (which is rare)
I'd love reporting to have these parameters:
Building info (building number/name)
Space info (space name/number/type)
Photo info (name of file (hyperlink perhaps?), date…15 votes -
Reporting Add Bulk Employee IDs - No Commas
Currently, 3.0 reporting requires bulk employee IDs to be separated by commas. In 2.0, the employee IDs could be copy/pasted from a spreadsheet, without having to add the commas. This adds an extra step to some users' workflow.
11 votesReporting on people in bulk in reporting can now be completed by either a comma separated list or by having each person on a new line with no separators (i.e. copy + paste directly from an excel spreadsheet).

Engage reports needed for utilization and detailed reservations
For reservations through Engage, reports are needed to see Utilization for particular rooms, floors, buildings to track availability or need of reservable space. Also a detailed report of reservations should be available to research specific reservations, owners/users, times, rooms/spaces, etc.

Varied Access to Insights Dashboards based on Secured Actions
We need to be able to give people (roles) access to certain Insights Dashboards yet have other Dashboards (with sensitive info) which are only available to some roles. Right now users either have access to ALL Dashboards or NONE which is very limiting.

End of Day Cleaning Task List

that the "end of day cleaning task list" isnt really a true "end of day" rather, the end of the previous day, cleaning task list.
We're trying to set an alert to email our Janitorial Night crew, to clean the stations that were used "that day" or "day of".
Cleaning stations from the day prior kind of defeats the purpose of "getting the station ready for the next worker, tomorrow". It also doesnt solve for night over night sanitation. Insight Neighbourhood Utilization Report
As a Space Planner, I would like to know which neighborhoods are over booked and which ones are under-utilized.
Note: The report should show me the data by Neighborhoods and should also have a filter for ORG Units to drill down further if required.
The reason why this report would help getting the data on Neighborhoods is because - If you do this at a floor level, then the report won't show you the problem. For example, Level 35 in MP is never at 100% overall, but one of the Neighborhoods which is 35N (shared by 2 groups) on the…

Report running and completed indicator on 'recently run report' folder and reporting module
Can you please bring back the red dot indicating a report is completed running when you are in the reporting module? I have to return to the home tab each time to determine if the report has run and available for viewing.
In the previous version of Serraview the red dot appeared indicating the report was ready to view. Report 1019 - select "ALL" option
1019 Proximity report does not run if Region / Building / Floor parameters are not selected. Can I suggest making the Region / Building / Floor field mandatory (so the report does not fail) or include an “ALL” feature to select all regions.
