Can't clear reports from queue once run
Once reports have been run, there's no way to remove them from the top right recently run reports panel. This gets frustrating when you need to run lots of reports and can't tell which is which. It even stays between sessions.
An enhancement has been delivered to Serraview which enables you to clear your list of recently run reports, or configure it to automatically clear after a period of time.
Please refer to the help site at https://support.iofficecorp.com/Serraview/Workplace_Management/Using_Serraview/Insights/Reporting/Reporting_Configuration/Set_the_number_days_to_retain_the_reports_queue for more information.

When launching a report from the Insights module, a red dot used to appear in the File icon to signify the completion of the report and ready to open.
Now, most of the time you have to return to the Home page to see if the red dot appears.
It is hit and miss if the red dot appears, forcing you to go to the Home page. Very frustrating if you want to run the same report number on multiple locations as you always have to re-enter the reporting parameters. -

This is extremely annoying. It always looks like you have reports you have yet to open. Sure they are dated, but it looks messy and confusing when you have over 10 reports for example sitting in the list! Please bring back a clear and clear all option!!!
