  1. Administrators should be able to book beyond the future booking limit that has been set up, for example for an upcoming event, without having to expand the range for all users.

  3. Create a buffer period at the end of a Specific Time (Hourly) booking, to allow for packup/cleaning before the desk can be booked by another persion.

    The length of this buffer period should be configurable per site

  4. Serraview admins should be able to bulk cancel future bookings for desks or spaces space(s). This should include an automated message to users advising them of the cancelled booking.

    This is needed when a building or space needs to be closed down for whatever purpose; maintenance, pandemic issues, reclassification of the space, etc. Another reason, when bookings have been made using a social distancing situation, and now that restriction has been removed, all existing future socially distanced block bookings remain, but need to be removed.

    If the future bookings are not removed, they can throw off reporting numbers for management.…

  5. As an admin, I would like to be able to choose the colours displayed in Engage to seperately show:
    - Occupied vs Booked vs Bookable
    - Bookable for all staff
    - Bookable for the users team/hood
    - Bookable all day vs time
    - Booked vs unbooked vs unbookable
    - Currently selected desk or space

    This would need a legend to identify the different colours

  6. Would love a way to block/book a section or workpoints not using the team function or the "book on behalf of" function but rather selecting multiple stations and booking all at once.
    We have instances where staff from different Teams and/or locations are looking to block a group of stations and arent worried about each desk being reserved for a specific person.

  7. As an Engage end-user,
    When I create another reservation that overlaps an existing reservation, I would like a prompt to ask me if I'd like to cancel/check out of the current desk. If I select "Yes," the existing booking should be cancelled by the system (instead of the user having to navigate to My Bookings), and replaced by the new reservation.

  8. Provide enhanced flexibility to booking rules to provide variable restrictions to bookings based on your team or the team allocations. This should include:
    - Provide a team priority to reserve, seats in a location (building, floor, hood) until a specified time (ie. a week before), then the reservations are open to everyone else not on the specified team.
    - Allocate spaces to only be bookable by specific teams on specific days ( E.G. Finance are allocated Monday, Wednesday & Friday, IT are allocated Tuesday & Thursday.)
    - Allow some teams to book in all spaces regardless of booking rules

  10. As an Engage Admin/Facilities Manager,
    I would like Engage users to be able to enter comments
    - When booking a desk or space
    - When cancelling a booking or space

    Comments can be used to explain why they're reserving/cancelling the booking (team meeting, working on a project, needs specific equipment, catering requests), So that management can better understand why employees are reserving certain seats.

  11. Additional features when booking on behalf of someone else:
    - We would like the option for the reserver to receive a confirmation email.
    - The reservee (Booked For individual) to see in their confirmation email who reserved the space.
    - Provide Book on Behalf of without also providing the Reservations - Bypass concurrency limit secured action
    - Allow staff that can "book on behalf of", to also "Cancel on behalf of".

  12. Our space types are set up in such a way their definitions are directly related to whether or not they should be bookable through the Engage reservation tool.

    Examples:
    Dedicated Spaces: NON-reservable
    Shared Spaces: Reservable
    Open Shared Spaces: NON-reservable (think touchdown stations to accommodate walk-ins)

    If someone changes a space type, the "reserving enabled" feature needs to be manually updated to reflect that space type. I would love an automation set in place for this.

    Also, as a part of this ask, a report to let the Admin know what spaces have been changed, and by whom. Not only does…

  15. We would like to have the ability to enable a centralized check-in process. In addition to allowing users to check themselves in for a desk, it would be great if a receptionist or security could "check-in" reservations in Engage. This would help us enforce COVID safety protocols, as well as reservation procedures.

  17. As things can happen when people are on their way to or getting ready for a work day, it would be great to have an option to make all bookings require a check in. That way if there is a no show, the booking is auto released and the desk/ space can be used instead of sitting unused as it is technically booked.

  18. In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.

    There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.

  19. Particularly in the browser, it is not super clear that you are checked in, especially when auto check in is engaged. It would be good to be able to see clearly that check in has been done.

  20. As an Engage user, I would love to see Engage used for RSVPs to events that companies can host within their spaces (or off-site events)- that won't count against our regular seat counts.

    Examples:
    1) Our client is hosting a holiday event, and for social distancing purposes, want to cap the capacity to a certain number. It would be lovely to set up a "building" as the event itself to help monitor RSVPs in one place.
    2) During COVID, our client sets up "Outdoor Offices" that are temporary sites to encourage company culture while waiting to return to the office,…
