Booking Rule Enhancements - "all-day" and "specific time" Durations Lengths and Check in times
As a system administrator I want to control which spaces can be booked as 'all-day' settings and others by 'specific time'. This supports spaces with shift work, varying styles of work and bookings and large floors with a variety of team and space requirements.
Examples:
- Select some desks/spaces to be booked as "All-Day" and other to be "Specific Time"
- Custom Label specific time bookings "Morning", "Afternoon", "Evening"
- Preset start times for all day bookings differently between different desks
- Pre-Defined Time Slot Bookings "9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm"

Limit Floor Capacity
As an administrator, I would like to be able to set a floor capacity for the maximum number of desk bookings per floor that will be accepted by Engage. Once this floor capacity has been reached. No additional new bookings will be accepted for this floor.
Further enhancement:
- Notify administrators when floor capacity is reached (or a threshold will be reached) to then release an additional floor for booking

Time/Day Schedule to open up Bookings
Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.
Examples:
- At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
- All hot desks can only be booked on the day
- Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)

As a system admin, I'd like to configure the app to cancel future bookings if the user doesn't check in X times in a row.
User should receive a message to advise them of the cancellation

As a system administrator, I want the ability to view and delete room bookings made.
At this time, only desk bookings are available in the VBS.
Can we also view bookings made against a bookable space?
Likewise, can we also 'cancel' the bookings made?

Modify existing desk reservation
As a user, I would like to modify my existing desk reservations by shortening it (i.e. 4 days to 2 days) or extending it (i.e. 2 days to 5 days).
For existing desk reservations where I am shortening it, it should allow the user to keep their existing desk reservation or suggest booking another desk as a secondary option.
For existing desk reservations where I am extending the booking, it should try to book the originally reserved desk for the extended time, and if this is not free, allow you to do the following options; 1) keep the original desk…

Enhancements too the process of booking a meeting space including:
- Capture the name of the person making the booking
- List the number of people attending the booking
- List the names of people invited to the booking
- Suggest meeting rooms based on the number of people going to the booking
- Populate teams/outlook invite with links

While making a reservation in Outlook, I'd like to be able to see photos of the room, see the room's location on a floormap, view equipment available in the room, and filter based on room capacity and equipment available.

Prevent desk from being booked again until after it has been cleaned
As a facility manager who needs to ensure a safe working environment, I need to be able to clean desks after they are used. I'd like this to be automated as much as possible. Possible cases include:
- Clean conference rooms after they are used for a meeting
- Clean hoteling desks after they are used by an employee and before being used again by another employee
- Identify all rooms that were used during the day and clean them all after-hours
