Display Space Names on flooplan
When you zoom into a floorplan, the name of each space should be visible like workpoint numbers, with each space's visibility to be set via a configuration. All visible spaces should be searchable via the spaces tab.
This will allow admins to choose which spaces are visible, to help with wayfinding to collaboration, meeting and other points of interest.

Rename Markers at different locations
Make it possible so that markers can be named differently in each location, to allow for both customise use of markers and to cater to regional or cultural diferences in terminology.
EG.
Elevators vs Lifts.
Restrooms vs Washroom vs Toilets4 votes -

locator
Can we sort Locator by country instead of state? Or have the option to sort in various ways? Currently it is done by state/province and having a global platform this is not as user friendly.

Modify Engage to be more User Friendly
Currently Engage is used for reservation. It would be nice if it could be used for wayfinding as well. As I understand it, Locator could be going away. Would be nice to use Engage to search for a conference room or a person. Perhaps have the option of Administrators turning on/off functions of Engage based on the client's needs.

Room names not visible until zoomed in
Serraview displays room names/preferred names/space type labels all the time. It would be helpful to see the same information in Engage without having to zoom all the way in.

Automatic Markers for space type
Ability to automatically assign/display markers for selected "space types". Instead of manually adding markers, it would help if a choice was to enable marker display for a space type instead.

Engage People Tab - Current Status (Active/Away)
The Engage People Tab should visually indicate if a user is active, away, checked in or just booked a desk. This will allow people to quickly check the people tab to determine if someone is active on site today or not.
This will enhance the use of Engage beyond desk bookings when searching for active users in SVL2 and

engage team booking for large teams
Have an option to have the system assign a desk to all the team members selected at random or keep it as-is. This would change the e-mail communication going from a list that is hard to follow to a single desk. We are finding that for large groups it is difficult to locate the range of desks that were selected as the e-mail is simply a long list which is not very user friendly. If the employee accepts, that seat remains occupied, if the decline, that seat opens up immediately and if they do not check-in the the check-in setting…

Enable name display when zooming in
With ENGAGE, enable the employee name display when you zoom in. Right now this feature works for work desks but does not display names for those office reservations. Zooming in should display ALL names, not just work desks.

Additional First Responder/Person of Interest Categories
Provide for custom or additional First Responder/Person of Interest categories, beyond the hard coded First Aid Officer and Fire Warden.
This allows admins to define the titles of roles they wish to see within Engage, beyond the current workaround where some different roles have to be assigned to a category where the title doesn't align.

Additional User Privacy Options
When opting in or out of Engage visibility, it would be useful to choose if users can:
- Hide or display my live status (SVLive)
- Allow people in my team/org unit to see my details but hidden from users in other teams
- Hide or display my email and contact details, photo and role
- Hide or display my booking history (current, past and future)9 votes -
Engage Firezone Areas
Similar to the enabling and visibility of First Responders in Engage, it would be excellent if we could set firezones as this would allow employees to understand which zones correspond to which fire assembly points. Please see image which better demonstrates my thinking.

Search terms and filter enhancements
Like some other tools, could and asterix as a precursor be set up to allow a wider search function? Or is there another way to expand the search function, in particular if you are unsure of spelling?

Zone/Area Overlays on floorplans
Using configurable colours, provide a way to mark sections of the floor background colour to reflect different zones, neighbourhoods or areas. This should include showing the name of the selected area.
This could be used to show:

As an Engage user in a company that uses a hybrid seating model
