  3. A existing preview customer (name can be shared on req) raised that First Aiders and FireWardens are detains pertaining to Emergency situations. While it is GREAT these people search capability have been added to Enage. They are very buried in the app and require multiple clicks to find. They reported that the employee requirement to find a first aid and/or fire warden is usually performed under high stress circumstances. Given Serraview has a Concerige menu the suggestion has been made to launch a short cut to a fire/warden/ first aider view directly from the home screen. This would save time…

  4. It would be useful to be able to view and search for desk attributes whilst making a reservation. This would be useful for users that have specific requirements and want to identify specific desks for requirements such as ergonomics or dual monitors.

    Hi Everyone


    The ability to configure space types, desks and meeting spaces, with equipment and to enable searching within Engage is now available.


    Please visit the Set up the Space Type and Equipment Filters page for more information on how to configure.


    As some users would like to see the selected filters applied to the active floor plan, please add your votes to the Apply attribute filters to floorplan idea.

    An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to send users confirmation emails when they make a booking, send notifications on the day of their booking via email or app notification or automatically cancel a booking if not checked in.

  6. If users leave a workspace before the reservation end time (particularly for 'All Day' bookings), would like the ability to 'Check Out'. This would allow staff to clean or just measure utilization more accurately.

    I understand that the 'Delete' option will basically do what I'm asking but the terminology is not intuitive. I suggest adding a 'Check Out' button that will do the same thing as 'Delete' does today if a reservation is already underway. If the reservation is in the future, this option is inactive. Likewise, if a reservation is underway, I would suggest the 'Delete' button is inactive.

  8. Currently when an all-day reservation is cancelled after the start of the check-in window, that desk will be reserved for the rest of the day even if the user has cancelled the reservation.

    Can we add a setting to the engage config that gives Admins the option to decide whether desks are made available again the same day a reservation has been cancelled?

    Engage allows desks to be booked again once someone has cancelled an existing booking. 


    Please note that there will be a short delay once a booking has been cancelled before the same user will be able to book another desk or the previously booked desk will be shown as available to be booked by another user.

  9. I am a system administrator or a specific role and I want to be able to disable the ability for a person to be able to make a booking through Engage.
    I want to be able to manage this in the people directory, against a person's profile.
    I want to be able to hide the information so that only a specific security role can see it.
    I want to be able to bulk import to update this information and/or include it in our automated people feed.

  10. Add ‘Booking Access’ (Everyone, Team, Building, etc) to the Workpoint Import so we can mass update this field as there are large scale updates needed. Today, this will need to be done manually on each space.

  12. Have the ability to capture and display persons of interest such as people who are first aid officers, fire warden. Enabling the end user to search for these persons of interest (POI) via the global search in Engage,

    Happy to announce that users of Engage can now easily search for Fire Wardens and First Aid Officers via the people filters.

    You will need the latest build of Engage (app store) and Serraview 3 to use this feature.

    • As a user I need to be able to book desks at my home office location, as well as multiple regional office sites, where I perform specialist activities.
    • As an administrator, I need to be able to assign staff 'desk booking rights' to a site that is not their home office site.

    SERRAVIEW - SET UP INFORMATION
    Most of our large office hubs desks are open to everyone to book desks.
    Some of our desks at small regional locations (under 20 desks), are restricted to only people assigned to that building or floor.

  13. As the VBS only shows limited bookings (today and 4 days in the future) and users can make bookings at any time, I want to be able to view an audit trail on bookings.

    I'd like to see a report with
    - when a booking was made
    - who made the booking
    - when a booking was cancelled
    - who cancelled the booking

    This will also be important if we are able to book on behalf of others in the future.

    Serraview Insights offers a number of reports and dashboards which provide details on space utilisation from Engage booking data and other activity sources, incluiding floorplan views. 


    These reports can be scheduled to publish on a daily basis to inform your cleaning team of desks that need to be cleaned.

  15. Having the ability to rotate the floorplan to change the orientation, similar to viewing a photo on mobile. This will assist clients navigating through the floor to understand which direction they need to walk. The client noted that "Most of our staff have touch screen laptops, so having it work that way on the web browser would also be useful. "

  16. As a Space Manager, I want to understand how well my space is being used based on bookings data. I could use this to both understand who plans to come-into a floor in the future; and which spaces were used earlier today/previous day (and have them cleaned)

  17. Desk Attributes – Have worked on including some attributes as part of the Workpoint Description (Individual Bookable – Quiet Carriage). Need to be able to view the attributes against the desk when choosing, or filter via Reservations Assist – height adjustable, dual-screen etc.

  18. An End of Day report which displays all desks reserved for that day to provide to cleaners. This report should be excel but preferably on a floor plan so cleaners can work on the desks. For Example - Covid Hot Desking desks need to be cleaned every night and if the business is using Serraview Engage we should be able to pull that data every day for an easy to use report.
