Show the location of people on the map when they book a desk, and show their location when they are searched for.

Check-In by SoftPhone
Client is looking for check - functionality based around softphone logins. Once a client reserves a desk, they would want to be able to "check-in" to the space by logging into their phone - they would also want this to be something that is searchable by the admins or employees when looking for where an employee sits on the floor by searching for their extensions

Limit employees to only see colleagues in their department hotel desk booking
The ability to put a parameter around whom can see each others hotel desk bookings. Whether by department, floor, or team, this would be helpful and provide some privacy throughout the organization.

Set Capacity % by Office or Floor
We need the ability to set capacity percentages by office or by floor, not for the whole portfolio as it is currently.
This is especially important as we begin opening offices back up, as not offices will open all at once, and we'll need to scale up or down the capacity rate on a per-office level.

Limit how many days per week an employee can book desk
Many people would like the ablility to limit their employees on how many days a week they can book. Typically limiting them to 2-3 days per week and once this threshold is met, they would no longer be able to book a desk until the next week.

Booking Only for Web app
Similar to the mobile app where the only option for employees on the web app is to book a desk/meeting room.
This will be beneficial to employers that are using a strictly hoteling policy as it creates extra steps for employees to book a desk. This should be a setting in the Desk Booking Settings that could be disabled when the business needs change.1 vote -
All Day Booking - Make feature invisible for End-User
I don't want to have the All Day Booking scheduling exposed to the end-user as its functionality derived from business hours and causing the Check-In feature to be useless.
Example - My organization's regular business hours are 24/7, this functionality preventing us from using Check-In/Check-Out properly as it's will require the Check-In at 12 AM.
Example II - The fact that a building is working from a range of hours doesn't mean that every person comes in the same particular starting hour as it's different for each department.

Block reservations during weekends/bank holidays
It shouldn't be possible to book a seat during closing times (week-end, night, bank holidays, etc etc)

A integration with Sequoia for the employee health check. It would be great if it could be completed within SiQ or at least redirected to Sequoia and then back to SiQ.

Timeout label for desks
It would be cool to see if SpaceIQ can display a "timeout" for each hotel desk i.e. label a desk as reserved but not yet occupied (one color), then display in how much time the reservation will time out because no one checked in and then another status for checked-in. Imagine yourself next to the desk and you don't know if someone took it already, or never checked in and it's going to be free in 15 minutes.

Update phone calendar with Hoteling status after cancellation.
Currently if you book a Hoteling desk, update your phone calendar and then cancel the booking, the phone calendar is not updated to reflect this cancellation.

Buffer time to allow for hotel desk sanitization
When a booking has been made, if the system could automatically add a buffer time for (1hr) or any amount of time, the desk could not be reserved by another employee until it has been marked as cleaned.

Programable Booking Paterns
Ability to program hoteling desks to be available to certain departments/workplace groups on certain days. i.e A day groups and B day groups. This could be tied to a calendar and be mass imported to specific buildings and floors.

When specific hoteling desk is being reserved, auto block all other hoteling desks that are not in safe distance to it
