When viewing floors on the mobile app the default floor selected for a user on the web app should be the default floor for the mobile app.

Check-in Reminder Before Desk Auto-Releases
Send a reminder notification 15 minutes before the check-in cutoff to remind user to check-in before the desk auto-releases.

Geo location check in
Allow auto check in (via geo location tag). Mobile device to pick up geo location and check in when user is with a certain distance from the specified location.
This will help remove having to rely on staff to remember to check in, and enable check in for staff who cannot take personal items into a workplace area.

Add the functionality that allows do not automatically cancel reservation before certain time
Currently, the app automatically cancels a booking if the user does not check in within a certain timeframe. While this feature may be helpful in some cases, it can also be frustrating for users who may need more time to arrive at the booked location.
Therefore, we would like to request the addition of a new feature that allows admin user to set the time before which booking cannot be canceled. Please add the repeat booking feature to the web page just like it has in the Mobile app.
As a booking manager, I can not book for anyone currently on the mobile app. It would be good to add the repeat booking date feature on the web page for easy booking. It only allows you to book one week at a time.

Show Notes in Mobile app
It would be helpful to see the NOTE field for each hoteling desk available in the Mobile app. We are using this field to record the "Neighborhood" this workstation belongs to, for instance CHI-RISK-Property stands for our Chicago - Risk - Property team's neighborhood.
This would help our Associates know which neighborhood they are trying to book a workstation in.

Ability to search by specific desks in the mobile app
We have a search field for searching persons or meeting rooms on the top of the home page in the mobile app. But there is no search functionality to find specific desks in the mobile app. But we have this functionality on the web app.
We would like to have the ability to find desks, persons, meeting rooms in the mobile app.

Reporting Issues in the Maintenance Section
Is there a way that Facilities can track employee requests by location? Our Company has multiple locations. How do we set it up so that the email/point person is location specific per issue/request? We don’t want to have one person filtering requests for all locations, nor do we want each location receiving issue notifications for each other’s location(s). (i.e., NY shouldn't be notified that someone is too hot in the their office in CA.) Is there anyway to have the tickets in the Maintenance Section separated out by location and separate email distribution lists?

Secondary Seat Visibility on the Mobile App
Currently the mobile app only shows employee's primary seats when searching. It would be nice if you could see employees secondary seats when searching as well.

Reporting in the mobile app - for emergency purposes
It would be extremely useful to add reporting to Mobile, so a location Admin can quickly search who is in the office and provide that info to first responders in an event of an emergency. The workaround suggested to have an offsite Admin from another location run a report and email it to the Admin where the emergency is occurring is not that efficient, as the other offsite Admins could be in meetings, different time zones, etc.

Be able to see what slots are open for parking on the app
Currently, when you go to book a EV spot on the app, you have to guess the exact time you want to book for it to show you if it is open instead of just showing you available times. For example, If I put 1-5 but its only open 1:15-5, it shows me that it is not available at all, when it should suggest that 1:15 is available but not 1

Allow the check-in title to be changed.
Currently you can change the text of the check in box but the title "health screening" is hard coded in. It would be nice to be able to change that title or if it has to be hard-coded change it to "Check-In Message" or something like that so you can add things other than a health screen to it. This is a great place for protocol by location, safety or weather issues that may arise, reminders, etc that are not necessarily a health screening. For those that want to use it as a health screen they could change the title…

Reservation Canceled app notification when already checked in
Stop the app giving the "Reservation Cancelled. Your desk reservation has been auto-released" notification when I am already checked in. When I look in the app it still says 'checked in' and so does the website. I get two notifications at the same time.

Notification bug
If i book a desk for Friday but cancel the booking on Wednesday (t-2), then on Friday I still receive the notifications telling me that I have a booking as asking me to check-in

Allow users to check in to the Mobile App or Web Application at the exact time that users receive the check-in reminder email. Users report that they have to wait 5 minutes or longer to check in once receiving the check-in email.

Sync Actual Time
Mobile app reservation start time should sync to actual time and shouldn’t even show the option to book earlier than now. If today is July 12, 11am, it shouldn’t give me the option to book from 9:15. As of today, if I just click on find a desk without changing start hour, app takes me through the process then rejects because hour is past and I have to start again.
