Department Admin Reporting
Allow Department Admins to run reports, even if this was reduced to the Agile workplace reports this would be great. At present, Location Admins have too much power on the system. A company with a number of department managers this feature would be a massive help.

Company Directory from Web & App
Having the ability to utilize SiQ as a company directory would increase the benefits of your service. Currently you have to manually search by letter for an employee to pull up. There should be a way to search for all employees on the app and website. A true employee directory would be great for viewer access all the way to Admin.

IT roles to have reporting access
Our IT would need access to pulling reports to see who is on site etc certain days. Is there a way for this to be added under the IT role rather than making them a location admin etc

Shared Desks & Shift Identification
Shared desks to have additional fields to show when employees are using desk across different shifts. Currently, employees are listed on desk but you cannot identify what shift they are working on - shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Be able to see what slots are open for parking on the app
Currently, when you go to book a EV spot on the app, you have to guess the exact time you want to book for it to show you if it is open instead of just showing you available times. For example, If I put 1-5 but its only open 1:15-5, it shows me that it is not available at all, when it should suggest that 1:15 is available but not 1

Notification when reservation is ending
For the EV car charging ports, a lot of people go over on their time. It would be nice to have a 5, 10 or 15 minute notice of when your reservation is about to end to move your car for the next person.

Floor Map View By Day
Would like to suggest a view that shows the floor map for a given day. On this map, the employees initials would show on the desk that they have reserved for that day. We would then project this view to TV monitors in our office so that when employees arrive for work they would have an easy way to check to see where they are sitting that day. Thank you.

Allow to size map to "fit screen"
Allow to resize map by user to "fit screen" and add scroll right/left and up/down to look at map in zoom.

Mobile App Desk Booking Workflow
When booking a desk on the mobile app, one the employee selects the address and makes their preference on day/time/assets, instead of requiring them to select a floor, we would like the work flow to take the directly to a floor especially if they only have one floor to choose from.

Enable employee assignment to Work Space with “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types using the API AND/OR CSV file uploading.
Currently, the only possible way to assign employees to the “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types (‘Space Type’- “Work Space”) is manual.

Unique URL to space to enable easier location of rooms i.e. Head over to room "XYZ Link"
There does not appear to be a way to point people to a specific room, i.e. Head over to room "XYZ Link". The URL is always just the floor map level with no specific room number.

Assigning a capacity to different types of workspaces.
I would like to add capacities to different types of seating within the office, not just desks. I would also like to have the capacities count at different rates based on the type of seating. For example: Desk = 1 seat, Phone Room = .5 seat, Pantry seating = .25. The idea is to track overall capacity on the floor to all types of seating available, not just desks. As we move forward with completely flexible seating, we need to provide employees with alternative options, and we need to be able to track and report on these options.

temporarily suspend reservations for certain desks
As an admin I would like to suspend the availability of desks for a certain length of time I determine. This would cancel any bookings during that time and notify those users that their booking was cancelled by their admin.

Have booking time (not just date) displayed on web booking interface
Make the booking time (not just the date) visible in the bar, without having to click to check what the time span is.

Multi day bookings
I would like to request the development under Multis day bookings to allow the start time selected for day 1 to remain as the start time for each subsequent day. Currently SiQ reverts all days after day 1 to whatever is the start time on the account. This issue is causing problems with the check in requirement.

Employees with same name under Admin hoteling bookings
Ability to view employee details when an Admin books a desk for an employee. Currently, if there are employees with similar names, SiQ only displays the list of names without any indication of their function so you are blind as to who to choose. An example has been attached to this post.

Visual Representation of Move Plan
It would be helpful to have some sort of visual link that shows where employees are moving to and from. A line or arrow connecting seats would make it easy to visualize how moves will affect the current seating plan while building a move plan.
