When printing or making .pdf maps, it would be helpful to have a Time & Date Stamp + an identifier for what map (Now or Plan w/ date) you're printing.

Ability to see Names to Seat on Shared Desks
The names of at least 2 employees should be visible(printable) on floor plans. This helps with Understanding seats used in different shifts. This is common in may global locations that have local and US working hour shifts.

SpaceIQ App Wayfinding
We would like to see more features added to the SpaceIQ app. Since we are using neighborhoods instead of assigned seating, our staff needs to be able to locate where to find specific areas where teams might be sitting. As of right now we cannot look up particular floor maps to determine where certain areas are. We would like our staff to be able to use their phones rather than have to search on their laptops for a better experience.

Neighborhood Details
Previously one could click on the neighborhood and be able to see seats, employee names and ratio in that neighborhood. With new updates this is replaced by manage neighborhood management requires going elsewhere. The best would be to keep the old "visual" way and keep the report format of the new update.

Comprehensive Portfolio View
Given that more and more locations will not seat 1:1 primary seat. Metrics displayed on Portfolio must reflect numbers from all use types.
For e.g those seated 1:1 - Display Total Seats - Total Employees - Total HR employees in that location.
For those seated in neighborhood, displace total seats - total employees in n'hood and HR count of employees in that building
For those deploying all seats as Hoteling, display total seats, and daily(months data) average checked-in count and HR employee count for that location.

Book a specific desk using the app. Find a person's location in App
Ability to book a specific desk on the phone app similar to booking a specific desk on the computer.
Ability to locate a person in App once they check in similar to the view available in desk top
Ability to see on floor plan, names of employees to seats checked in at a given time once they check in.

Programable Booking Paterns
Ability to program hoteling desks to be available to certain departments/workplace groups on certain days. i.e A day groups and B day groups. This could be tied to a calendar and be mass imported to specific buildings and floors.

Org Chart
It would be great for an employee/viewer to see the org chart. When they click on an employee to see who this person reports up through or who reports to them.
As a space planner or facility manager it would be helpful to have this data to determine space allocation, authority level, how to potentially organize the space around a supervisor etc.

Occupancy & Workstation/Office Reporting

I need to be able to pull reports that show for example:
Site Offices Offices occupied offices unoccupied % usage
Same for cubicles/shared offices/lockers/
I would also need to be able to know which spaces are full 6 ft cubicles, which are 5 foot work stations, or 4 ft work stations if that is something we can benchmark out.
Does that make sense?
I would like to be able to expand that to the entire network, pull the data for a single site, or even by floor.

Auto-block nearby hoteling desks when one is reserved
When specific hoteling desk is being reserved, auto block all other hoteling desks that are not in safe distance to it

Check-in option for all desks types
Add check-in option for all desks types in addition to hoteling desks, for employees to their primary/secondary seat and etc.
Will allow better monitoring of utilization and reporting for the organization, and also be helpful for evacuation preparedness procedures.(Sales, Justin Kramer)
