Conference Room Meeting Check-In
"Thanks for getting back to me. One big problem we seem to have with the meeting is rooms getting booked but the meeting gets abandoned. That affects our ability to track actual conference room utilization but also makes booking conference rooms challenging at times for the employees. Does your software allow a check-in function for team members for when they arrive at a meeting they have to press a button to confirm their meeting? Looking at the Wayfinder or Finder views of the floorplan, change the color of the meeting rooms that are not available to be booked. e.g. red for not available.

The ability to extract building types from SiQ
If trying to bulk import 100 buildings to my portfolio, there should be a column in the building import template that will allow you to add a building type, as it does when you're manually adding a single building. Also, having the ability to extract Building Types to a csv would be useful as FM's try and manage multiple buildings. Currently, you only have the ability to view Building Types within the SiQ platform.

On the projections graph, it shows the end of q1 data when hovering over the q2 pin. this should be q2 data, etc for each quarter you are hovering.

All Day Booking - Make feature invisible for End-User
I don't want to have the All Day Booking scheduling exposed to the end-user as its functionality derived from business hours and causing the Check-In feature to be useless.
Example - My organization's regular business hours are 24/7, this functionality preventing us from using Check-In/Check-Out properly as it's will require the Check-In at 12 AM.
Example II - The fact that a building is working from a range of hours doesn't mean that every person comes in the same particular starting hour as it's different for each department.

More detailed errors when uploading floorplans
Putting accepted file types (png only), file sizes below the floorplan import section of the Floor form. Also adding more detailed information on an error beyond "oops something went wrong" when a file doesn't load.

Basic Directory for Assets
A prospect has requested more specifics on our Asset Management capabilities. The specifics of his request was that we have a feature that would allow for an admin to upload and access a basic directory of all assets assigned to employees, which included a column for the equipment serial number if applicable.

Limit how many days per week an employee can book desk
Many people would like the ablility to limit their employees on how many days a week they can book. Typically limiting them to 2-3 days per week and once this threshold is met, they would no longer be able to book a desk until the next week.
