Shared Seat - Adding days for user
In the corona era organizations are not expanding to new buildings and asking employees to share the same workstation.
having said that
when sharing or what are the office days of employees remains in emails or verbal.The Ability of adding an employee to a shared seat and selecting the days - will give manager a powerful tool for planning better and a wonderful way to engage the application more and to more population in the organization.

Units area needs to be determine per location and not for the Whole Application

In Rest of the world Metersfor Global Locations its crucial and this ability is useless since we need to select 1 value that is not working for other locations.

Terminated report - Add "Building" filter (remove HR location)
Would rather see the filterability by Building than HR Location in the Terminated report. We use the report to see who has been unseated from any given site and if we care to dig in, we download to find the details about where they were assigned (HR Location).
HR Location doesn't seem useful if someone is trying to figure out who may have been terminated/unseated from an office and their HR Location is assigned to a different office. They will get missed.

Please enable search by desk numbers for Viewers. Employees that are not necessarily admins want to find desks based on desk numbers. Also may help for hotel desk search if an employee knows the area well.

Flex or Hybrid Employees
The ability to categorize an employee as "flex" or "hybrid" in relation to how frequently they will be coming into the office. This would allow admins to better account for and plan how they expect the space to be used.
If this could show on the portfolio, the number of full time and hybrid employees per location.
This would function similarly to the Remote toggle as it may be difficult for this information to be added to HR systems. It could be self selected or at least available for department level admins and up to enable for their employees.12 votes -
Meeting Room Search
Show the meeting room location as a secondary header when using the search function.
Currently it lists the meeting room name and shows Meeting Room below which requires employees to select the meeting room prior to seeing where it's located.1 vote -

Show Remote Workers on World Map for Admins
It would be helpful to be able to show the remote workers on the World Map view (Admin View Only). During the Demo we thought that this was available and was a big selling point to our office management team. They requests that this be reviewed as an added feature.

Health Screenings for seated Employees
Health Screenings for seated Employees would be very helpful as well. This seems to only be available for employees booking desks. Should our company choose to have each employee do a health screening prior to coming in each day, this would would greatly help everyone facilitate this.

Azure Active Directory Employee Photo mapping
It would be fantastic to be able to have the employee photos in Azure AD mapped over to SpaceIQ during provisioning. This would keep our photos in sync throughout our applications.

Show people location who don't have a fixed desk (map and search function.
Show the location of people on the map when they book a desk, and show their location when they are searched for.

Desk availability by day
Allow to select a day and then view all available/unavailable desks for that day via the floor map - rather than having to click into each desk and selecting a date to understand availability of just that one desk.

Allow employee name search by their preferred name
Often employees go by a different name compared to their legal (HR) name. Allowing the search by preferred name will go a long way in locating people. Not everyone knows someone's legal name or their e-mail address.

Show Neighborhoods/Workplace Groups on Employee View
show an outline or watermark type background of neighborhoods and workplace groups in the employee booking view.
This would allow admins to keep an open seating plan and employees could book desks in other neighborhoods if they needed to collaborate.

Need to be able to set a home office
Individual users should be able to set a default office and level that will appear when looking to make a booking.
It is a pain to have to browse to the correct office and level each time I log in.

Office Newsfeed/Guides
A newsfeed of office events, announcements, guides, etc. that could be accessed from within the app.
